Had no problem was a great stay

Enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and well taken care of. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

Clean rooms, good breakfast, great shower pressure and absolutely adorable little kitchenette complete with a stove top, dishwasher, microwave, full size fridge, coffee machine AND GARBAGE DISPOSAL!! The toilet didn't flush th best and the sink was outside of the bathroom over a carpeted floor which seemed like an odd choice. Neither of these things greatly effected my stay.

Very clean comfortable suite Decent breakfast. Staff was friendly. The toilet is very low. Impossible to not get wet which is unsanitary. Reported this situation to the staff. Had to use the lobby restroom toilet which was higher. IF we stay at this hotel again, I will insure to get a ADA compliant room.

Normally I try to give the benefit of the doubt but when multiple things happen it is more than the short straw at hand. Stayed previously for 10 nights, went home for a weekend and finished stay with 4 more nights. Toner in printer was low first couple of nights and then went out completely 9 days ago. They said we will leave a note for daytime crew. 3 days last week without toner and came back this week and still nothing replaced or fixed….strike 1. No one is replacing or taking inventory of kitchen items. I stay in Residence Inns so that I can have a partial kitchen and not have to eat out every meal. 1st room had 1 fork 3 spoons and 2 knives. I made it through washing dishes but should not have had to do it after every meal like that. Odd numbers of plates and cups as well. Strike 2. This weeks room was the worst. Someone had played with the temperature and set all kinds of crazy heat settings at multiple times throughout the day and it’s 80 degrees outside. I set the room when I got the there to cool and 68. It was 74 when I got there. It went down a little and cut off. I checked to see what happened and it had reprogrammed to heat 72. So I reset to 68 cool went to bed and woke up hot at 2 AM and checked and heat was running and back to 74. Reset to 68 tried to go back to sleep but heard air cut off shortly and heat came back on. I played this game most of the night. Came back next night and deleted half the settings strike 3 not happy!!

Breakfast was good the one day we had it. What was offered for stuff to do even though we didn't utilize it. This wasn't truly their fault. Upon the reservation being made my name was switched up in how it showed in their computer system. This was more of booking.com's fault making us have a minor scare of almost thinking we didn't have a reservation at all and then as if we didn't pay when both things were entered correctly with Trivago before it switched over to Booking.com.

Staff was very responsive. No fault of theirs but when I got there there was one fork in the kitchen and 4 of everything else. Once notified, they brought me more right away. They made every effort to meet every need, you just have to ask and give them a chance to make it right... Stayed for 10 nights and headed back there for another stay next week and looking forward to it....

The TV broke and it was quickly fixed and the maintenance person was kind and respectful. Checking was 3pm, but I had work to do and they generously offered me quiet space so that I could. Then facilitated a quick room clean so that I could check-in early. Breakfast was a pretty standard continental style, but everything was hot, fresh and fully stocked. The building is a bit outdated, but clean and in good repair. The suite I was in had everything I needed.

I just finished my Trip in Maine. I stayed on few different hotels and Airbnb since May12-May 22 2026. I’ve had some really bad experiences and situations with my recent bookings. I’m making this review first because this is the only place that I can say I had a very good and peaceful experience staying on this property( May15-18th). The staff are very helpful and friendly and they go out of their way to help you with anything. Everything is clean, decent breakfast, kitchenette is well equipped. I will definitely recommend this property I wish i would just stayed here longer if I knew how amazing this property is well put together and super professional. I’m looking forward to stay here on my next visit here in Maine.

My wife and young ones really enjoyed the stay. Suite rooms are our favorite and this room had all our needs taken care off. Thanks

The breakfast was okay not up to par for a motel of this quality, eggs were very bland kind of like the were possibly egg substitute. Rooms were nice and clean. Didn't get to use the pool as we were late getting there but it looked nice. The evening desk person was very nice and helpful but the morning person that took our key seemed to care less not very friendly, didnt even talk or ask how our stay was.

The room was minimal clean. Dish’s and drawers dirt glasses were stuck to shelves Evening and night were very pleasant and helpful. Cleaning staff was very loud and rude in am.

The elevator was down for our entire stay. This was extremely inconvenient for my spouse, who is disabled especially since our room was on the 3rd floor. The breakfast was poor with very little to choose from.It was cold and bacon was limp and looked nothing like bacon. The bed was very uncomfortable and I felt every moment from my spouse. There also was an old plastic phone protector that was left under the top bed sheet. Only positive, was that the staff were very friendly.

Staff was friendly and helpful. They kept the towels stocked in the pool area which I really appreciate. The pool is a bit small and only goes up to a little over 4 ft. But it was perfect for my 10 year old. The breakfast was well stocked and has all the usual items. Our suite was roomy. There was a living/kitchen area & a separate bedroom. The sectional couch was comfy & my son enjoyed sleeping on the pull out bed. The only negatives were the noise from the highway (tractor trailer air brakes woke me at 4 am) & the elevator broke in the morning.

The pullout mattress looked like someone had been murdered on it. Dark stains all over. Absolutely horrible. Additionally, I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels over the years and this is the first one that I could hear every footstep the room above us made.
