Candlewood Suites Portland - Scarborough by IHG

Room was clean. Missing office chair and some of the utensils and frying pan. Parking was always easy. Price was right for what you were getting.

The young man who worked five days a week was very good. His customer skills are very outstanding.

Wish they offered a breakfast. Dated bathrooms/decor.

They ran out of individual coffee packs for the room's coffee makers. Seriously?

Staff not very friendly or welcoming.

Clean room and well-maintained facilities.

Nothing fancy, but a big comfy bed. Just what I needed.

I really enjoyed my stay...

Disappointing - kitchen poor, furniture very worn tho beds good, check in poor

Very clean and comfortable

Nice, clean & quiet room. Hot shower & nice HD television. Good location

Comfortable and well appointed suites. Only negative is person above us got up many times during the night and stomped around before going back to bed. Also the ice machine in refrigerator was noisy. I should have gotten up to see if it could be turned off . Everything else was very nice

Very good

Staff switched my room but says now your in room xxx right that way up the elevator. Thanks for saying my room number out loud. Anyway, I stayed 1 night. Next time I'll spend a little more money and stay somewhere nicer.

Very good

The staff are very nice. The room was not clean. There was a throw rug placed in the living room that smelled like urine. I found a pair of false eyelashes in the bedding.

I booked this hotel for 3 but plans changed. I flew out the day of the reservation and called the hotel as the other 2 needed it. The hotel was able to change from my name to the person who stayed instead. I appreciate IHG as my membership has been helpful through the years.

There was standing water in the tub while showering which made the tub slippery.

Awful

Tile are broken and pilliow are smell like sweat
