Very clean.. great service

walls are very thin! Soundproofing is quite poor. Staff are great and work hard and are generally helpful and accommodating. Breakfast is your standard hot breakfast, they do it well.

You do pay extra for dogs which is fine but the rooms should be just as nice as the other rooms. Bathroom was extremely small. Hotel is extremely dated. Carpet in the hallway was filthy.

Beds are extremely comfortable and rooms are a decent size with comfortable chairs. Breakfast was delicious with many choices.

Great location and comfort stay. However, some hotel guests play loud music and slash doors around 11 pm 1 am. Hotel management should have a rule to control such activities.

Room was clean and staff nice. Breakfast was good. Coffee was 24/7 but didn’t realize until later in day…wish I would have been told at check in. AC in fitness room was loud and didn’t put out cool air. Location was safe and easy access to getting around Portland and to the airport. There was a lot of traffic noise and airport noise, but expected due to location. Would have appreciated the option to leave the AC fan on to help drown out noise.

The Air conditioner in my room 206 didn't work properly, I think the thermostat was broken, but that's about it, no I didn't say anything since I wasn't in the room enough for it to bother me to much, other than that everything else was goid

I am updating this because Expedia rightfully issued me a refund after confirming the situation, but travelers need to be warned. During my stay, the entire hotel completely ran out of soap. The staff confirmed they had zero soap on the property. This is a major health and safety hazard. Since this hotel serves a complimentary breakfast, a total lack of soap means employees handling food and cleaning rooms cannot wash their hands. It is a violation of basic lodging and food codes. I am grateful Expedia took responsibility, but management needs to fix their inventory issues immediately. Avoid this property.

The hotel was good. The property and room were well cared for. The only issue we had was the person who checked us input both rooms on one payment. When questions they said they had to post the payment that way. The morning attendant stated that the night sift worker just didn't want to complete two transactions. That was not an issue for us but there was no communication about the transaction and that could lead to issues with people traveling on a limited budget.

The staff were absolutely wonderful. They were kind, responsive and helpful. I would have given a higher rating, but our room was not clean. I found clumps of blood with hair in it on the bedside table, dripping onto the floor. The bedding was rumpled.

Our check in and out was quick and easy. Our room was clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend

The room had no soap and when we called the front desk, they said they were out of soap, too bad. The breakfast was good though.

Staff friendly, good location for airport, bed was comfy. Dirty. There was sticky residue left on tables. Shower curtain was dirty as was the edge of the tub. Bathroom so small, barely room to close door to use toilet.
