Easy stay walking distance to the airport. The bar could have benefited from another staffer.

Great place. Great suite. Spacious. Great breakfast. Highly recommend.
-
Happy hour was Awesome… only thing which was not good was parking which was initially marked as free then it became paid
-
The hotel was nice enough. My major complaint is the room was very. The toilet and shower were in one room with barely enough room to turn around. Probably wouldn’t stay there again

The amenities were excellent, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel’s location is unbeatable—just one minute from the airport, which made traveling incredibly convenient. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast with plenty of options and the two free welcome drinks, they also have socialization hour from 5-6:30 which were a nice added touch.

Staff were horrendous and unhelpful. Disrespectful.

Excellent

Unfortunately, our overall experience was let down by management. At check-in, we were offered two complimentary drinks for myself and my partner. A few days later, we were told the offer only applied between 5:00–6:30 PM and were asked to pay instead — a restriction never mentioned at check-in or noted on the card we received. When I raised this with the General Manager the next day, I found them dismissive and unhelpful, with a poor attitude toward customer service. Given the price paid for this stay, we expected far better. Due to this experience, we would not stay here again.

Had a wonderful time and the staff was excellent.

The hotel was a perfect size for our family of 5 and just a short drive to downtown Portland.

I felt like I was upgraded after seeing the room.

The bar staff was very personable as were restaurant servers; and the quality of the food was very good. Shuttle service very accommodating. Most Reception employees were helpful. Room was not cleaned 2 days in a row. Light out over the vanity area. Not replaced after being told. Requested to buy a stamp and none were available. Post office was mile's away.

Close to the airport and great food

Breakfast was excellent and overall stay pleasant. It’s a drive to Old Port.

I wish there was a bench press in the gym. A very minor complaint to a very nice stay. Stephen

Our two King rooms were 212 and 214,built into a sort of cove, which I think restricted the overall space of a King suite. Each "room was actually 2 small rooms, one with a fold out couch, TV and cabinet, the other was a king bed, TV and cabinet. A single open doorway connected the two, and shared the bathroom with to king bed room. No double king beds, and overall felt fairly tight. But very nice anyway.
