The good: very friendly staff and a great breakfast. The bad: the design of the hotel is different than other Embassy Suites. Also note that they charge $13 for parking.

Easily the best Embassy Suite we stayed in. Everything was clean, breakfast was great and staff are kind!

Friendly and informative staff. Included breakfast with an omelette station. Manager specials for drinks and appetizers was good. Overall convenient location for exploring Portland.

There was black mold over the ceiling in the shower….UNACCEPTABLE! And the hair dryer worked when it felt like, definitely a loose wire in it somewhere

Otherwise, pleasant stay. Staff were very friendly and responsive. Breakfast was super!

I booked because of the location to the airport. I would choose to stay elsewhere next time. The price was inflated and then I was charged an additional parking fee. Portland is such an easy airport to get to that staying that close is not necessary. I did find it to be clean and the staff friendly.

Every staff member was kind and helpful. The free breakfast buffet was large and always fully stocked. The made to order omelets was a great treat! The rooms are large and well appointed. It is in a good location in a safe area. I highly recommend this hotel!
