The lobby looks great and the grounds are well taken care of. Our room was shop worn. Needs new carpet, curtains, furniture. The shower is new and great water pressure with plenty of room and a double shower head. Lived the large backlit mirror in the bathroom too! Property is an easy walk to airport and the free shuttle was quick and efficient as well.

Pool seemed to be under maintenance but no signage to state it was unheated and basically an ice bath. No coffee available except during breakfast which when we asked at the bar we were met with incredibly rude response from staff. When we asked if there was a coffee shop close (after a long travel day I just wanted a coffee!) the guy just mumbled he wasn’t sure. Overcooked steak tips (asked for medium rare but they were well done) at a premium price from the restaurant. House keeping was great, breakfast options were decent, room was clean and bed was comfortable but the shower was pretty grungy with significant build up of grime. I can’t say we would stay here again but the location was very convenient.

Great location near airport with free airport shuttle and breakfast. Only 15 minute drive to Old Port restaurants, shops and activities. Clean, spacious rooms. Friendly service. Great choice!

The check in was easy, Staff very friendly. We had a king suite and it was great. Breakfast was simple but adequate. Would stay here again.

Difficult time sleeping due to the AC shutting off despite troubleshooting in throughout the night. Decent enough food, cocktail hour snacks were just “meh” but free so can’t complain.

Fee for parking. No way to bring breakfast back to room. Ac blew hot air. And it cost too much.
