The bed and blankets The carpet was soaking wet by the bathroom door. Dust all over the ventilation toilet wasn't clean.. the stau was ok but nothing special really

The staff was very helpful and helped us get a shuttle down to Old Port however when we wanted to come back there was no shuttle driver had to call an Uber or Lyft but the hotel did cover that cost

Cleaning staff were loud and disagreeing in the hall early morning. For the price I would stay elsewhere

The wallpaper coming off the walls. Dust at every corner, my throat was inching from mold I believe. The ceiling was stained from water leak.

I really liked that. It was very close to the airport and other easy bus transfer station they have laundry. They have a quick breakfast not the best because it wasn’t a hot breakfast, but you could always have oatmeal which is hot and fresh fruit.

I've stayed here many times and it never disappoints. Staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean (with microwave and fridge!), and there's plenty of parking. Downtown Portland is easy to get to and apparently there's a shuttle from the hotel if you ask.

Room was damp, most likely from no air mover in the bath room and intermittent AC use.

We had a great stay. We wanted to go visit old port without paying the outrageous prices of the area. Very short drive and lots of amenities around. The hotel was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed.

Nothing at all Staff rude. Near the airport. Loud planes flying over head. Elevator broken. Room smelled.

Elevator was out for nearly an entire day and was never communicated to the guests

Convenient and clean. The elevator situation - one small and the other out of service - was a little concerning, but didn't end up impacting us.
