Close to bus and train station. Free shuttle to airport and some local areas.

When we checked in the room was freezing (AC on in Oct!) and reeked of air freshener, which gotten into all the bedding and my clothes. I am allergic to fragrance as are many people.

We stayed here for one evening, first impression in the lobby is nice but as you start walking through the halls you start to notice how dirty it is. When we got to the room we were hit with a terrible smell of smoke, musty towels, with a cover up odorizer the floors were dirty and stuff was stained on the walls, ceiling, and headboard. Would not recommend only good thing was location to the airport.

A nice place to stay

Staff and shuttle were great. Bed comfortable. Bathroom fixtures need attention: shower head pipe loose in the wall. Toilet didn’t stop flushing. (Had to remove tank lid and mess with flapper every time)

Fine place, but their breakfast isn’t included, and is, in fact, a separate entity.

Stayed after a concert at Thompson Point and it was very convenient. We had comfortable beds and convenient parking.

Note that this hotel's airport shuttle is not 24/7 which may impact travel plans. Location is fine, hotel itself is fine.

When I booked the room, I specified my price limit per night but somehow I ended up paying double my limit for one night. The bedroom I stayed in smelled awful. I had to leave the door open to breathe. The carpet reeks of mildew and smelled like decades of feet. Gross! The best peek was the shuttle rides but still not worth what I paid.

Older hotel in need of some upgrades. Stains on carpets, mold on the shower curtain and shower grout. Sheer curtains were so old they easily tore. Walls are thin and I could hear the guest on the floor above me peeing. I needed another hotel stay in Portland and did not return to this place.

It was clean and the people were very nice

The staff was very nice and friendly but the hotel itself felt tired. There are a few restaurants within walking distance, the nearby brewery was good.

Great spot and pretty clean. Didn’t expect much in terms of cleanliness but was pleasantly surprised. Only issue was no late night snacks on site.

We called the Clarion to tell them we would be a late arrival. We were told we didn’t have a reservation. So we stayed at another hotel on the way. We were misinformed by the clerk. We paid for two motels. The clerks told us only the manager could make decisions. The manager stayed unavailable.

Very clean. Mattress needs to be replaced, but overall, the stay was fine.
