The staff was excellent. The rooms were a little tight. The area around the hotel seemed a little sketchy but it was safe.

This is an absolutely fabulous gem of a hotel. We were only there one night, but everything was superb. The room was lovely with a beautiful view (a bay view room). The shower was a highlight. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The best amenity was the town car available to shuttle us around downtown. Looking forward to staying longer next time!

Clean, comfortable rooms. Hotel does have a few food options near by but car service was wonderful as it’s not near most of the restaurants & shops. Overall great hotel!
-
Clean, lovely, and well-located.

I loved the selection of teas in room and the evening turn down service. It’s about a 20 minute walk to Old Port, but there are great cafes and restaurants much closer. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely property. Upscale without being stuffy. Great food and drinks and lovely ambiance at the bar. Beautiful room if a little small. Great amenities and amazing location. Totally recommend

Everything was great!

Super friendly staff. House car for local trips was nice touch, Food and drink also excellent.

The atmosphere was calming and relaxing. We enjoyed our weekend very much. I cannot think of anything else.

Cute boutique hotel. Very clean. Extremely nice & attentive staff. Overall wonderful experience. We stayed in the “king suite with sea view” room & it was a bit cramped. Possibly too much furniture or it’s too large for the room. Also, sink water pressure is awful. Shower was luckily way better.

Clean, beautiful room with a vintage feel. Great staff, very attentive. If you have a show to go to they offer a car service to take you there. It’s a 5 minute walk to the theater though so that was nice. Tandem bakery is right next door. You have to get coffee and pastries. Make sure to get a loaded biscuit.

Amazing staff and bar was great. Room was very clean but average.

Absolutely everything. There wasn’t a single thing I disliked.

Excellent

Bar in hotel was both friendly and sophisticated without being stuffy. The best burger I'be eaten in years! Ask for Menna at the bar, he is the host with the most.

I cannot say enough about how amazing the Longfellow Hotel is!! I almost don’t want to say how great it is so that I will be able to stay here whenever I like, and it won’t be booked!! so incredibly comfortable, hip, accommodating. Very simple yet every need is met just the way I like it.

Nice boutique hotel. Friendly staff and clean room and gym.

Room was well designed with all the creature comforts and was clean and cozy. Loved that the bakery my daughter wanted me to get her biscuits was right next door. They were yummy. It was a nice touch to have the desk person escort you to your room and give you the layout of things. Felt strange at first, but appreciated. Also that same woman looked up places where I could find onion soup and lobster bisque. They also communicate with the guest through text. There are no phones in the rooms. Paying $45 for parking, but it is the city. Having to ask for creamer for the coffee in the room, also the French press coffee wasn’t the best coffee but that could have been operator error. Loved that they had free carafe of water, and big bottles of shampoo and conditioner but they don’t recycle. No bins for that, but that might be a Maine thing.

This place is always a good go-to!

Honestly, I couldn’t find anything to complain about. Everything was perfect. The staff were incredibly attentive, warm, and professional throughout my stay.
