Beautiful property and super comfy beds! The rooftop restaurant had great service and the perfect view.
-
The staff was incredibly helpful and nice. The room was nice, clean and had comfortable beds. Having the shuttle to take us to the main shopping and waterfront area was great as it was a good 15 min walk from the hotel. The view from our room was of a roof and the windows were tiny.

Not a great location in Portland. Hotel staff was friendly enough but not overly helpful. The area is rundown. We witnessed homeless people using drugs on hotel property on multiple occasions. Disappointing since we’ve loved Portland over the years and had good luck at this hotel. Not worth the money, and would not recommend.

Large rooms, good water pressure in shower, fabulous bar in the top floor of hotel! Everything was fine!

Stayed for a night. It's a good location that's walkable to everything. Staff was friendly and the room was clean.
-
Breakfast option was very good providing full breakfast for $10. Shuttle was very helpful in getting around as parking difficult at most restaurants.

Interior of facilities. Exterior, location, and price, parking.

Very nice hotel and centrally located in Providence, I was able to easily walk everywhere that I wanted to go and they also provide a shuttle if needed. My only complaint is I was excited to try the Heavenly bed, and found it very uncomfortable which made for a couple nights of poor sleep.

The late night staff were fantastic! Especially the guy who checked us in .
-
Breakfast was fresh (highly recommend the corned beef hash and eggs!), served piping hot, and with bottomless coffee! I was a bit taken aback to see there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Other than that, the stay was wonderful! Comfortable bed, sufficient pillows, a well ventilated room, and some lovely staff members made for an outstanding experience.

The location is convenient for exploring Portland and the Old Port area on foot. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast quality was good. The hotel served as a practical base for our family weekend in Portland. The room was noticeably older and more worn than the photographs displayed on Booking.com and did not reflect the quality level expected for a property charging approximately $500 per night. We also experienced unnecessary complications regarding breakfast, which was included in our reservation but initially provided only for the adults. The issue should have been resolved easily, yet both reception and breakfast staff repeatedly questioned what was covered, creating an experience that felt unnecessarily transactional and not consistent with the service level expected from a Westin.
-
Very clean & comfortable. Staff at reception were not particularly competent nor helpful. Took four different credit cards being declined before the receptionist took our advice & suggested it was not our issue but a technical one - he moved to next terminal & surprise the card went through.

İt was great

The bar on the top floor , the agent that booked us in No hot water on the final morning and the attitude when it was mentioned on booking out , no suggestion of getting washed in another room or some reduction in price ....very poor
