Great staff.

It was an okay stay and overall was net positive. The breakfast was very good food and affordable. Location is good. Building is a little rough around the edges. Our room was not clean upon arrival and we had to get it switched. Not a huge deal, but the hotel staff didn’t seem to care or apologize at all. Shuttle service to the airport was very behind and caused us a little stress at the airport. I recommend booking a time slot way before you need to leave. Again, hotel staff was not communicative or apologetic about this.

Good location, very basic, very expensive…

Room wasn't ready at check in due to new security system and when we got our room keys finally, they didn't work. Front desk attendant was at the end of her shift -- forgot about us and was grumpy. We were finally settled in a different very nice room with a gorgeous view of the harbor. The other problem we had was parking. Returned late to the hotel on Saturday evening and couldn't find a spot in the garage, had to pay to park on the street. When I mentioned this the next morning at check out, was told the hotel has another huge garage we could've parked in -- but no one told us about it and I didn't see it written anywhere. The harried front desk clerk we encountered at check in should've mentioned it.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The breakfast was amazing every single day. But the best part was the view of the bay from our window. Breathtaking.

Bar and pool

If the car next to you is not perfectly centered, you have a challenge. And you'll need to say a prayer to the parking Gods if cars to both sides happen to be off-center. The parking garage spaces are not designed for today's vehicles. There's no reason for this. Management should really expand and repaint the parking space lines. I'm not exaggerating when I say I've never encountered a worse parking garage. Traveler beware.

Everything - especially the breakfast. The rooms are large, comfortable and clean. If your budget stretches to a bay view room, you will not be disappointed. The views are stunning. We especially enjoyed our breakfast each morning. There was plenty of choice for both hot and cold items and the chef will cook your eggs to order. If I have to pick something … it would be that the hotel’s only laundry machine was out of order. As our stay here was part of a 6 week road trip, this feature mattered to us but I guess it wouldn’t be top of most people’s list of hotel facilities.

First time visiting Portland and only stayed for one night. Staff let us check in early which was fab. Spacious comfort beds and rooms and great indoor pool area. Great inside restaurant also. Would stay again! Nothing

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The check in process was easy. This is an upscale property and better than I expected. Would stay here again.

Great location, easy to walk to Fore and Commercial streets. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Bed was very comfortable. Great views from the higher floors. Shuttle to airport was very convenient. Great stay!
