Courtyard Portland Downtown/Waterfront

We enjoyed our time there. Nice sized rooms. Sweet restaurant downstairs. Valet service was so handy. Great location to many shops restaurants and bars and the waterfront. It rained alot while we were but found plenty to do. Great beds and pillows. I can't find one thing to complain about. I highly recommend.

We had a wonderful view room. The hotel was close proximity to everything. Very clean. Breakfast wasn’t really breakfast. Often times there was no one at the counter. The servers or workers were in the back. They could do a better job of watching the counter. They were all very nice though.

Great location, excellent staff! Is it worth $1,300 for a 3 night stay for a tiny room? Absolutely not.

The bar was never open when we were there (or I guess when we wanted to go). On a holiday weekend I would have thought it would be open throughout the day and later than 9pm. The hot water was cool, not too fun to shower in

Good location and comfy bed but the bathroom needs a renovation and toiletries- especially for the high price of the room.

I purchased the prepaid breakfast package and it seemed like none of the employees had ever heard of it Some newer employees were sort of lost in their responsibilities

The Room was amazing, and the bed was really comfortable. The bathroom was large and actually fit both of our things. The location was so nice because it was on the main street, but far enough down that it wasn't in the middle of everything. Check-in was so easy, it was SO nice to just hand them my ID and get my room key with no fuss at the end of a very long day of driving. I wish there were 2 valet's on duty, the one guy was overwhelmed when I wanted to leave and an elderly couple arrived needing help with bags. Also the water in the shower never got hot, just lukewarm.

We did not eat either morning at the hotel and will be seeking a refund. Appalling.

Clean, well maintained, nice staff and very friendly whenever you ask for anything Comfortable beds and spacious rooms Excellent location too. Everything went so well for us

Location Air conditioning not working. Room was 80 degrees and stuffy. Bathroom tub shower had cracks and damage. Tv reception was poor. Valet 45 dollars. Paid almost $450 for one night and did not sleep well at all.
