Very nice hotel. Great location!

Great location for walking into town. Shuttle to/from airport was very convenient. Bistro wasn't open long enough.

Excelente ubicación y servicio de transfer al aeropuerto. Cama comoda, tienen batas y chanclas disponibles en la habitacion y es un amplio espacio. El baño no estaba tan limpio en la zona de la regadera y la regadera necesitaba mantenimiento ya que estaba rota una parte. El aire acondicionado tenia un ruido muy alto al prender y apagar automaticamente durante las noches y en el ultimo dia dejo de funcionar.

wifi situation was brutal. nobody at front desk could help. parking rates outrageous.

Perfect location but prepare to pay $45 a night for valet parking. Room was nice and beds were very comfortable! Location was great too.

Rooms and location good. Breakfast and service was poor. Seemed understaffed and offering was generally poor for a chain hotel. There was one guy behind counter who seemed to be working at 200%. When he was not there, it was like 20%. Serving staff not responsible for the poor food offering though. We were staying on business and did not have time to go looking for something else in the morning but in hindsight, we'd have been better to get up earlier and find another place...or stay at a different hotel.

We were given room that was not ready. When I went back and I formed them, they seemed to not care. We were given room immediately but nothing else. Overall bad service.

Very nice property, great location and friendly staff. Our room was not ready when we arrived for Checkin but everything else was excellent.

My daughter and I stayed here for 2 nights and enjoyed it. The room is comfortable and nicely appointed. The hotel location is convenient as well, a pleasant walk to shops and restaurants..I would recommend this hotel and stay here again.

Excellent location, great harbor views, pleasant staff.

Staff was always friendly and helpful. The valet parking and hotel shuttle made getting around easy and painless. Clean, pleasant lobby with plenty of comfortable seating. Room was clean and fresh with modern conveniences.

The only issue we experienced was with the TV not working. Housekeeping attempted to fix the problem four times, but unfortunately it was never resolved during our stay. Thanks to the front desk staff for the recommendations on visiting Highroller for the best warm lobster rolls in town.

Staff was great. Loved location- quiet!

Highly recommend this hotel. Clean, modern and well maintained. Room is large, bed is comfortable and nice crisp linens. Staff were very friendly during check in and check out. Valet was convenient and the hotel is a perfect location for walking to restaurants, shops and breweries.
