Courtyard Portland Downtown/Waterfront

Good location, clean hotel, nice rooms, enjoyed our stay.

The room was very clean and had room for 4 adults. Walking distance to all of the waterfront restaurants and shops. Very convenient.

Only stayed one night. Wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom. Everything was unplugged and ac was off. Very stale and not ready for a guest. Took forever for the room to cool and the fridge never got cool, it should have never been unplugged. Checked out in the am main womens bathroom dud not have soap or towels in the am. Overall not clean or ready. Also, pictures showed rooms with view of water, maybe if we were higher we could get a glimpse but kind of doubt it

The customer service here was great! After a very long day and delayed flight, the valet and bar service went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of to end my day on a good note. And it did! It was so appreciated especially when the little extra touches and services were not expected or asked for. Thank you!

The room was clean

My only complaint was I called 5 days before our trip to schedule for airport shuttle pick up and was told to call when we landed due to flight being canceled or delay all the time. I understand that. So when we got to the airport I tried calling for 30 minutes and no one pick up at front desk to transfer me to the shuttle service. Finally after calling numerous times I got thru but was told the shuttle will not be available for 1 1/2 hour later. So I asked if the hotel will reimburse me for my uber ride. Was told to speak with front desk. We got there and they refused to reimburse our uber ride fee. So don’t book here if you need dependable transport from and or to airport.

We had a great time staying here! The room was nice, clean and spacious and the bed + pillows were extremely comfortable. Location was great and within walking distance of everything. Would stay here again!

Excelente ubicación y servicio de transfer al aeropuerto. Cama comoda, tienen batas y chanclas disponibles en la habitacion y es un amplio espacio. El baño no estaba tan limpio en la zona de la regadera y la regadera necesitaba mantenimiento ya que estaba rota una parte. El aire acondicionado tenia un ruido muy alto al prender y apagar automaticamente durante las noches y en el ultimo dia dejo de funcionar.

wifi situation was brutal. nobody at front desk could help. parking rates outrageous.

Perfect location but prepare to pay $45 a night for valet parking. Room was nice and beds were very comfortable! Location was great too.

We were given room that was not ready. When I went back and I formed them, they seemed to not care. We were given room immediately but nothing else. Overall bad service.
