Good location.

everything was great. perfect location. great room.

It’s new…. Some nice wood touches The cost was insane… over $1000 per nite to get a view of a parking lot… to encounter homeless druggies out the front door… paper thin walls could here every snore cough or other noise…. Same sex bathrooms very uncomfortable….At most should be $250-300 max….specifically booked here for the roof bar…. Which was closed… probably worst hotel experience I’ve r er had

On the waterfront. Great breakfast. Staff is nice and knowledgeable Too much noise from the street. Very expensive even for the location

This hotel was very nice. They don’t have self parking but the valet service was on top of things. The Rooftop bar (Luna) was very nice with wonderful views. It was in walking distance to the Wharf.

Dirty glass in the room and rubbish left in corridor, including chewing gum on the tiles, for 48 hours. Staff friendly.

Nothing really No bellboy service , u can’t call guest services and request valet ppl to bring car , they give u a number to text and wait ! It’s like u pay fifty dollars a day for valet and do basically everything urself! No Q tips in toilet kits, for 650 $ a night room! Super expensive for the level of rooms! And it is absolutely not waterfront! For me waterfront is u can see water from hotel lobby!

Offers valet, help with luggage and room service type various services Hotel restaurants are open to public and the queues take away from hotel experience. The cleaning and service crew needs to be trained better. Ex if you receive a package under my name how about notifying me.
