First time staying in Maine and we chose the perfect hotel. Canopy was clean and pretty. The food at the restaurants in there were so good.
-
Excellent location. Room was very nice and clean.
-
Great location! Very nice hotel with very nice rooftop bar and dining! We really enjoyed our stay!

I couldn't have been happier with our stay. Right away, the staff was so friendly in greeting us, I put a little note on the reservation that it was our anniversary and they did a bunch of things to make it special, free pastries in the room with a note. Breakfast at Salt Yard is incredible, not sure if it's as high on lists as it should be but if you stay you need to try it.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of downtown 10/10 reccomend.
-
small problem with the ac of the room, but we got switched to another room and that worked perfectly
-
This is a well run hotel with great staff. Everything feels new and updated. The rooftop bar was a great place to grab a drink. The valet parking was fast and efficient. Being down on the wharf gave us access to lots of great restaurants within walking distance. Also a quick ride from the airport

They have only valet parking.

Everything was amazing. Added a day after staying a couple of nights. Cannot say enough good. Linda Pridgen

Loved our stay - and loved the rooftop bar!
-
A beautiful hotel in every way. Great lication; easy walking access the sites of the wharf area, shopping, and fun tourist things to explore. Take a ferry ride, not far to drive to Fort Willaims Park ruins and The Head Light, scenic light house

Great stay and location!

What impressed us most about the property was how almost every design detail of the room perfectly aligned with our needs. Everything functioned so nicely. There was nothing amiss or off. It really was impressive and added to our enjoyment of the stay. The room was also spotless and obviously well kept. We would definitely return to this location.

Very modern and well equipped property Nothing, what's not to like

Andrew, at the front desk, was amazing! Engaging and very knowledgeable about the area. We enjoyed our interactions with him at check-in and each morning.
-
Hotel staff was wonderful/very kind, the rooftop bar has amazing drinks and views, and everything was within walking distance. The only downside was no free parking but in a location like that I’m sure most hotels don’t offer parking. Enjoyed my stay here on my girls trip with my mom!

One thing I really appreciated was that my room was ready around 1:30 when I arrived, and I was able to go straight to my room using the digital key without stopping at the front desk. After traveling, that convenience was amazing. My room was lovely, and the location was fantastic — very walkable to restaurants, shops, and the waterfront. I also really enjoyed Salt Yard Cafe and the Transit Lounge. One of my favorite moments from the trip was during a rainy afternoon before my late flight home. Instead of going back out into the storm, I stayed at the hotel, ordered lunch, sat on one of the super comfortable couches, and relaxed while watching shows on my laptop. It ended up being one of the coziest parts of the trip. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I really appreciated being able to store my luggage after checkout. A few minor things could be improved: several of the ice/water machines were out of order during my stay, which was a little inconvenient. Housekeeping was great overall, but my coffee bar wasn’t always fully restocked, so I was without creamer a couple mornings. By the end of my stay, the shower drain was also starting to clog and water pooled while showering.
