La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Portland DT/Maine Med

Overall a fine place to stay but nothing special. Fridge was turned off when we arrived, coffee at breakfast was cold, and parking was a $10 daily charge. The humidity was also so bad the toilet bowl had constant condensation and dripped so much it created a puddle. The bed and pillows were comfortable though, the location was convenient, and the price was very good for Portlant

The room smelled like moldy water. The sink only had a trickle of water due to the placement of the faucet flush up against the mirror which did not allow the handle to fully extend. Room 405

Good hotel and helpful staff. Breakfast was pretty terrible.

My room (104) was smoked in. When we checked in they had an ozone machine running. While I realize this is partially out of their control don’t rent dirty rooms. Beetles came out from the floorboards in the bathroom. No vents in there. Risk of mold. Would not return.

Bathroom was extremely small, shower floor was gross and water pressure in sink was basically just more than a trickle. Room was clean and comfortable otherwise. Parking was $10.

The breakfast at 9 am was overrun with people, and the hot sausage and eggs were gone, as was the decaf. Otherwise we were very pleased with the hotel.

The rooms were a bit outdated and breakfast was very poor. They ran out things to eat so quickly that guests were waiting a long time to have food to eat. Staff was very nice!

Floor was dirty in room. Littered with broken off chunks of a chocolate bar along with orange peels lining the wall between the bed and wall

This is a very good hotel to stay with good free breakfast and low fee parking fee of $10 per day. It would be nice if this hotel offered free parking.

The staff said they couldn’t help and just told us to email the manager. Not sure if this was isolated to just my room but would not recommend booking here

The bed sheets were dirty, hair and stains. I have a strong feeling that they were not changed. Everything else was fine.

Friendly staff Impossible location, tired decor

Simple and had everything you need The lack of laundry options, realise it’s a basic hotel but having to do your own laundry feels poor.

It was ok Sketchy side of town. The refrigerator in our room did not work so we had to throw away the food we put in it.

The staff were very nice. I did find it odd that they charged a parking fee, given their location.

The bathroom has apparently never been swept. Tons of hair located in corners. The sitting area at breakfast was also in need of a good clean.
