The Sheets were terrible. All pilled. I asked for other ones, they showed up to my room with another set that were even worse. I brought them to the front desk in the morning and they agreed that they were unacceptable. I asked to speak to the manager- they said she wasn't in and I should call later- several calls later and finally after 3 weeks she finally got back to me with an email saying she was sorry I wasn't happy with the sheets! so much for customer service!

Great!

Room was clean and equipped with coffees and toiletries. Bathroom was updated.

The staff was helpful when needed. However, all the common areas, including the elevator, looked extremely dirty. They are not spending time making sure the hotel looks if not spotless, at least acceptable. Good for one night, if you are just sleeping and moving on in the morning.
-
Older bed and sheets very very old with bumpy texture. The bathmat was frayed. They didn’t check the clock for a preset alarm. Nice people, but definitely a subpar place.
-
Not as clean as prior reviews claimed. Close to airport w a better price point but not pleasant or clean and the fridge made a ton of noise. Will not go back.
-
The staff was super helpful and friendly and the room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable

always a great stay here
-
A solid stay. Not the nicest, but very decent and about what I was expecting for a La Quinta. Staff was helpful replacing an broken ironing board.
-
The floors in the public areas were dirty dirty. Room floors were OK. Bathroom corners are gross and the door was peeling on the bottom. The AC ran continuously set at 65 and didn’t make much difference. Luckily the temps outside were not bad. Breakfast was OK.
-
2nd floor hallway during the day was as cold as a freezer when elevator door opened. Cold air came into the room from under the door.
-
Room was on the small side but clean. Pool was lovely but doesn’t open until 9am. Breakfast offered lots of variety and is well laid out.
-
Great location 10 mins from the port area.
-
Good for a cheaper option outside old port.
-
We did not use any amenities or attend any meals, so I will refrain from making any comments about those services.
-
Breakfast could use the option of water or tea and non sweetened yogurt. Pillows and cases are due for replacement. Otherwise good value

- No extra roll of toilet paper which we didn’t realize till it was almost too late. I’ve never been in any hotel that didn’t prominently show at least 1 extra roll of toilet paper. Covid is under control now and folks aren’t stealing and stock piling; why was there no extra roll in the room? - A box of tissues wasn’t seen until we were packing to leave. They were hiding under the sink in a manner difficult to find. - The breakfast options have dwindled significantly. There use to be a large container of ice water next to the coffee. Not anymore. - Most places I’ve stayed have migrated to the smart tv era. I had to fumble with a Direct TV setup here, a bit cumbersome in 2026! *** Indeed, these are tough financial times. I hope this hotel can get back to a 3 star status.

It filled our need of a clean room for the night!
-
Great hotel. The common areas were clean and inviting. The room itself was great, I had a corner room with a nice window. The layout was great and everything was clean.
-
The beakfast could be much better. Recommend providing fruits and fresh juice. The coffee was weak and tasteless.
