When I arrived to the hotel to check in, the evening clerk behind the desk claimed Expedia had canceled the reservation, and that I had to take it up with them. When I call Expedia, they claimed the hotel canceled the reservation. And in fact, that’s what happened because they called Wyndham 8 and verified that the hotel was overbooked, so our reservation was cancelled without giving us any notice whatsoever. The Wyndham 8 hotel clerk, however, pointed fingers at Expedia and sent us on a wild goose chase where we had to drive to the next town to find a vacancy. I do not recommend this hotel because they are dishonest and don’t value their customers.

We ended up not staying

This hotel was terrible. The locks didn’t work. There was no lock on the window. The staff didn’t speak English and our room was not cleaned for 3 days.

Our stay started off badly when the guest ahead of us was trying to get a refund because he had been given an uncleaned, dirty room. After receiving our keys, we headed upstairs and immediately noticed that the hotel was very dated and the carpets smelled strongly of cigarettes and marijuana. Inside our room, the shower would not drain properly, the toilet ran all night, and there was a smashed cockroach on the bathroom floor. Overall, the room and hotel felt dirty and poorly maintained. We would not stay here again.

Do yourself a favor and don’t stay here

Very sketchy location and property. Wouldn't recommend at all.

The building on the out side was beautiful all redone , but that was it the rooms where extremely old, it looked dirty , will never stay there again

The entire experience was sub par

Main hallways were dirty. Breakfast was simple to non-existent. Cereal and some breads.

Good location near the airport with easy access to highways. Nice budget accommodations. Complementary breakfast was nice and adequate.

There is no elevator to the second floor. You walk up the stairs that go to second floor and it looked like it has not been vacuumed in months. My shower curtain had mold on it. Bed was very comfortable, walls are very very thin so when the potheads light up all you smell is that, not to mention you hear every conversation through the walls.

Could not turn off the TV, the cookie/candy machine and soda machine did not function. The carpeting should be replaced. Would not recommend

Had bed bugs, nasty

Very poor working lighting. Hair dryer ripped off bathroom wall. glob of long brunette hair dried to bathroom shower wall. Continental breakfast supplies were meek. Just a few mentionables.

I didn’t, like the foul smell of the hotel, breakfast, and the vending machines that was out of order

The carpets were filthy. Homeless people everywhere, loud in the hallways all night. I felt dirtier after my shower somehow. There was no mini fridge in our room, so I couldn’t keep my baby’s food. The two women at the desk were both on their personal phones, talking in Spanish on the phone while I was trying to check in. They barely acknowledged me, except to tell me “no rooms tonight”, annoyed that I was there. Even when I tried to say I already booked and paid through Expedia she just kept saying “I understand. But no rooms tonight”. Finally the other girl put her phone down and got on the computer to check me in. Without saying a word to me. I finally had to ask “is there a problem?” She said no and handed me 2 room keys. Neither of which worked for my room. I had to come get her to let us in, and she didn’t replace my room keys. So we were stuck in the room until we left lol. This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. The ONLY positive… I didn’t see any bugs during my stay. Spend the extra $40 and stay ANYWHERE else. You’re welcome.
