No coffee cups for morning coffee! Just clear plastic juice cups that burned my hand.

Thank you.

This is what you would expect from the least expensive motel in the Portland area. The place needs renovations for sure. BUT the bed was comfy, the TV worked, the staff was helpful, and the price was right.
-
rooms were clean but carpets felt worn
-
Switching to another room wasn't much better and had a terrible odor , smelt like urine!! We could not sleep due to the odor. We would have left immediately if it wasn't 1 am. The bathroom light turned the exhaust on also which was very loud, clanking sound. We could not wait until the morning to check out and be on our way.

The front desk attendant was incredibly rude and unhelpful. The room was filthy, and didn’t have a fridge like was listed. The motel was dirty and looked like a drug den.

Out of Coffee cups for morning breakfast.

Room smelled like cigarettes and smoke detector had plastic bag on it, front desk apologized and quickly placed me in another room. Both rooms could use repair and deep cleaning. Rather not list all issues but here’s a few: reading lamps broken, bathroom tub and vanity has cigarette burns and paint or … nail polish stains, vent fan didn’t work, pillows smelled rotten (I bought my own), room access key had to be reprogrammed every day of my 4 night stay, staff was courteous though, hotel should be $70 night or less…

No rooms were available when I arrived. I was able to find another room

It was very clean at all and the toilet was clogged took till the following day to get it fixed

Good clean room for our overnight stay and good price. Queen bed was very comfortable and nice towels but bathroom kind of a mess with lots of missing caulk.

The experience started with all of the exterior garbage cans overflowing onto the sidewalk and in front of the entrance. The lobby smelled and was dirty, it also doubled as the breakfast area that might hold 6 people and had a single 30year-old microwave on a counter. The vending machines took money from 3 different customers and failed to dispense their purchases in the time it took me to check in. The walls and carpets In the lobby and hallways were dirty and the carpets all smelled like wet animals. Then the room…The door locked would not function, turned out that it was not electronically locked and just pushed open; upon opening the door the odor overwhelmed everything that we smelled before with animal urine, the carpet in the room felt dirty and disgusting under our shoes. The dirty walls continued, the smell was so bad that my wife could not even enter the room with vomiting and getting an immediate migraine level headache. DO NOT, under ANY circumstances, stay in this property if you care about your health and safety.

This hotel looks nice from the outside but the inside needs work. We stayed one night and had to switch rooms 2 times. The first room the lights didn’t work and then the second room we were switched to literally had someone else sleeping in it so we were given an already reserved room. Then once we got to the third room it was okay except for the fact that there was no wifi so we couldn’t even use the TV. And second of all there was hair all over the bathroom sink. Overall wasn’t a good experience and I wish that I could get my money back for it.

We chose not to stay. We were given a second room after the first one had a huge puddle of dried sticky stuff on the floor. Next room the carpet was dirty, the room smelled, hair in the bathtub and brown liquid splattered on the wall beside the bed. There was bagged garbage in all of the corridors. Door knobs were sticky, windows unclean. Leaking garbage bag at the front entrance. Hallways and stairs were dirty. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Concerning the rooms we stayed in: - Our first room had a dead bug / stain / several crumbs on the bed and a strong mildewy smell, so we requested a new room. - In the second room, there were only two usable outlets next to the beds. We had to move the desk to iron a shirt, and even then, the cord kept ripping out of the wall. - There was NO INTERNET in the room itself; we had to go to the lobby to access the internet. At least one other guest had the same complaint. - There was a desk, but no desk chair, in our room. - Our door handle didn't work properly, even when turned all the way, so we had to slam the door (very loudly) for it to close fully. - The key card for our room didn't work reliably. - There was a running water sound in the bathroom that lasted for hours. Concerning the hotel itself: - The pool is under renovation indefinitely. - The vending machine has inaccurate labels, so we purchased the incorrect item twice inadvertently. Also, we lost money again when the machine didn't administer the item we purchased. - There are no coffee mugs (only plastic cups) or napkins in the lobby for breakfast. - The key card wouldn't allow re-entry into the building through several entrances, including the one closest to my room. On the upside, the shower water turned hot quickly, the TV worked, and the second room smelled much better than the first.

That place should be condemned. It wasn't worth the five hundred dollars for a 2night stay. Will not be returning ever

Dirty & worn.
-
Definitely a 2 star hotel
-
Needs updating. Stained furniture. Did not feel the cleanest.

This property was convenient. However, compared to the outside appearance, the inside was very outdated. We chose this property because we needed an overnight, that had no frills. We liked that we had plenty of hot water for our shower and both of us got a good night sleep. The down side was there were no safety rails in the shower. One of the important things about a motel stay, for us, is the coffee in the morning. There was no small coffee maker in the room and the coffee up front was horrible. I was going to pass on that the remote wouldn’t turn the TV off. I actually had to unplug the TV from the back before going to sleep. No one was at the front desk.
