I wasn't allowed to stay at the room because my lady didn't have an ID

Surprisingly clean and it has a 24 hr restaurant and bar in the same parking lot which made me a very happy girl. Also the covered parking was a plus too. Definitely worth the money

Showed up and the man yelled at me that there were no rooms left and that I needed to cancel my booking. Called Expedia to get a refund and I’m still waiting to see if I’m going to get my refund because the property manager refuses to speak to anyone.

The entire building smells smoke, bedding torn and stained. 1st I was given the size I had not reserved which was filthy, then moved to my reservation size but worse to, couldn't stay had to look for another place. Staff didn't care and not polite 🙂

It was a place to sleep. One of the cheapest places to stay and I understand now why. Not much to enjoy otherwise. Starting with the staff and atmosphere. The check-in kiosk is blocked by a transparent wall made me feel like I was in a ghetto bodega. The smell of the room was pungent of expired potpourri and mold. The bathroom looked like a cleaned up murder scene from an episode of SVU. Beds were like cardboard, sheets stained with "I don't even want to think about it." Towels were stained too, the hot water did not run. At least the toilet was clean. TV did not work either.

Nothing! Room were not clean! Used towels all over the bathroom counter and floor. Microwave inside the bathroom? Come on that ain’t right at all! Leftover trash from previous tenants! Very very poor all around

Remodel the rooms, or at least paint over the marks on the walls. Shower and bed were ok

Elegant rooms, warm staff, perfect location, delicious food, peaceful ambiance—this hotel made my stay truly relaxing and memorable. Highly recommended!

The room is very dirty. Spots blood in the lines very dirty. Very disappointed

The room smelled terrible and was very unclean. The door did not have a safe lock! Everything seemed rather run down and the place did not feel safe. Upon seeing the room, I chose to cancel my reservation, which cost an $80 cancellation fee... but later my credit card was charged a no-show fee of the full amount of the 4 nights that I was supposed to stay, which I now have to try to get returned.
