Great hotel, just dont leave your room key in your room when you use the elevator on the right. Husband and kids went into the elevator on the right, didn't have their room key, the elevator would not go up or down and the doors wouldn't open! Had to wait for another guest to call for the elevator to come to their floor to get out. Low phone reception in the elevator too.

Great location. Housekeeping was not very thorough. Sound insulation between rooms and floors was not good. Noisy AC. Soft bed.

Wonderful! Beds were incredibly comfortable, rooms and facility were exceptionally clean and new. Great weight room and restaurant. Quiet, safe location near excellent selection of restaurants and shops. We slept so well and would definitely stay again.

We were given handicap room since we made our reservation through Expedia ( it happens a lot), and the shower pressure was super weak. I would stay here anytime.

The room was clean with the hotel basics. It could have used a bit more places to sit. Free parking and a small shopping center across the street with a few places to eat. A nice gym but no pool.

The hotel is in a cellular dead zone, which made working on my work trip extremely difficult.

We have enjoyed our return stay here while visiting Portland. The location is great with the Market and restaurants a short walk. The place is new, fresh and rooms and common areas are impeccably clean. We enjoyed the bar and restaurant and friendly staff. We will return to this place.

A few restaurants and a full grocery store across the street was very convenient as well.
