Room was clean, but hotel is a bit old, other than that things around there were good.

Poor maintenance and not very clean. Breakfast was mediocre.

Manager not helpful at all i needed to move my reservation due tou a surgery reschedule and he would not do it .

Its location was good. Cock roaches! Not a clean bathroom, rust around shower doors, dirty baseboards and corners. Terrible caulking job!

Staff was amazing! The carpets in the hallways and other areas needed cleaned. I would still recommend this place!!

Front desk staff walking in my room at night, didn’t knock. Only explanation is oops I got the wrong room, was verifying another guests checkout (again wrong room). Inexcusable, terrible privacy and safety issue.

Our room was clean and the staff was very helpful when we could not get the ac unit to turn on. The front desk lady said let me switch you to another room and when we could not figure that one out she called her manager and figure it out. The parking was lacking but we were able to get one spot on the backside of the building with the side entrance available. Would stay again when we visit Tennessee again.

Over all the place was very clean, and staff was very friendly

We’ve been coming here for years and it’s usually quiet, clean and comfortable. The staff is very nice and efficient. The room was good. The housekeeping did not check the supplies. We used 3 Kleenex and the box ran out with no backup stock (and it was late and I didn’t want to call). Then when we took our showers, there was no shampoo in the dispenser. The pillows were little better than sleeping on the mattress. Overall our room was nice but the lack of attention to small things made you wonder about what you don’t see.

The rooms are dirty with lamps that don’t work and electrical cover plates hanging loose from the electrical wall boxes. Charged me $25 for early check in . We will definitely never be back to that dump

Room was very stale smelling. A/C was not working very well. Staff was less than desirable. Breakfast was fair at best.

The AC in my room didn’t work.

The room smelled so strongly of urine and was clearly a former smoking room. Certain parts of the room were updated but the TV is ancient and the bathroom smelled horrible. The AC wasn't doing much regardless of the setting. It was uncomfortably humid and warm.
