Small room with a slight smell. Woke up to a dead cockroach in my bed. Not the best nor the worst place I’ve ever stayed….

Upon entering our room I immediately found multiple cockroaches crawling around the floor boards and in the bathroom. Thankfully, the staff member immediately reversed charges once we returned back to the front desk and we found a clean hotel to stay in. However, once explaining to them what the problem was and them offering a new room, I told them if they have roaches in one room they have them in all of them, they were not even phased and said “It is hard to maintain” as if it was a known issue and did not warn guests. DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE.

I love it indoor pool really friendly hospitality place for laundry gym great facilities for the money only downfall is 50 dollar security deposit even if you pay online or if you pay the security deposit in cash they have you pay 200 dollars unfortunately

Came back to room after being gone all day and room key didn’t work.

Location cleanliness amenities When we arrived we were told that there was a 200.00 incidental. fee and also was not the reservation I made (different room)

Best thing was $25 pet fee...noisy neighbors on the side and above. Don't know what the couple in the pool was doing but didn't stick around to find out. That stuff was mostly easy to ignore. My sister opened the desk drawer and 4 roaches crawled out. Closed the bathroom door and looked like the wall has never been cleaned. Can't understand how they're still part of the wyndham brand but they sure gave Baymont a bad reputation and we'll think twice about staying at another one!

Worst hotel i ever stayed in!!!

Had to switch rooms. Refrigerator freezer was frozen open. Sheets were dirty. I am still waiting for $50 hold on credit card to be removed

I did find 2 hairs in the tub. And the bed wasn’t very comfortable. But overall I enjoyed my stay.

Location I've stayed 5 night in the past 3 weekends both rooms had plumbing problems and I personally seen about 20 people check out for bed bugs I was charged for missing time and used them to clean up over flow toli8. Set them outside the room and got fresh ones I have e mailed the person they tolde too at least 4 time's and no response. I still have a problem about the security deposit. I will not stay there again Jimmy
