Breakfast area was upstairs and inconveniently placed. Pool was advertised, but, not functioning. Boiked for pool, breakfast. Rec'd neither.

My room was recently remodeled. Too bad they didn't replace the bathroom door during the remodel. Also surprised the bathroom vent fan was removed.

We were traveling from Florida, heading home to Ohio. We arrived late at night and got room #115. When entering the room, we immediately saw at least 2 cockroaches on the table and the door. I quickly went back to the front desk and requested either different room or money back. The man at the desk appeared to be annoyed and gave me room #126 instead. It was pretty much the same as the first room, but we have not see any bugs. We decided to stay, just to sleep. We did not stay long enough to eat breakfast or anything else. We would not return to this hotel if we are in that area again. I really wish I could get a fully refund, but doubt it will happen.

LOCATION FRIG WAS NASTY- FREEZER HAD SOMETHING MELTED ADN REFROZEN ALL IN BOTTOM, THE NIGHT STAND HAD NAST RED GOOY STUFF ON LIP BY DRAWER, SHEETS BARE THIN-YOU COULD SEE THROUGH IT, TOILET MOVED WHEN SITTING ONIT-WATER LEAKED OUT, SPOUSE HAS BROKEN FOOT-NO ETRA PILLOWS AVAILABLE PER OFFICE EVEN THOUGH MY ROOM HAD PULL OUT SOFA(WHERE WAS PILLOWS FOR THAT) COFFE POT WAS STICKY AND NASTY, COFFEE DECANTER IN LOBBY COLD WITH OLD COFFEE- THEN 3 HOURS LATER EMPTY-NONE MADE TILL NEXT MORNING. NO OUTLETS BY BED SIDE TABLES- LAMP HAD WIRE SPLICED TOGETHER WITH ELECTRICAL TAPE TO REACH THE OUTLET IN MIDDLE BEHIND BED(I KNOW THIS BECAUSE I HAD TO GO BUY EXTENSION CORD TO REACH THE OUTLET TO PLUG IN MY FAN/PHONE CHARGERS.
