Baymont by Wyndham Knoxville I-75

I’ve given this location 3 chances because of the price and location of where I needed to be. The only staff member to ever smile was a maintenance man. All three check-ins I had three different people, none of them friendly at all nor smiled or offered any sort of help even when asked. Towels/washcloths are dingy/brown, cleanliness a 2, hairs and smears of who knows what in sink and headboard of bed, floors leave your feet/socks filthy, asked front desk for extra pillows and she said she didn’t have any without even checking or offering to check, asked the owners and not only did he say “No.” He said “No! No no no!”. Very shady characters working and staying there. Not somewhere I felt safe. Breakfast was minimal and questionable. Internet and cable worked 30% of the time. I’ve stayed in some questionable places, this was not the worst.. but three strikes you’re out with me.

The hot water in my shower was on the cold side and hot side was code

There was not a hot tub false advertisement I should get refund i didn't even stay there

Location and room The room was a musty smelling

Inside pool area. The rooms were decent! Breakfast area was dirty every morning, same stuff was left out from previous day! & the stains on the master sheets.

The room was smaller than shone on the web site. The alarm clock did not work. Whatever the nationality of the staff was difficult to understand. The day before we left, the key card didn't work. The handles in the shower were rusty.

There was enough room for me, my husband and our two kids. Our kids loved the pool.

We ended up having to get another hotel due to the poor quality and just ate the cost. Front desk literally told us “we can’t control bugs in the room, and it wasn’t a refundable issue.”

Nothing They had cock Roaches in their rooms.

Opened door tremendous odor. In bad area.. people standing on balconies of hotels adjacent. Got back in auto and went to Hampton Inn I lost that money, but I feel safe. Booking .com should drop this hotel. Nothing

When registering for this stay upon arrival I was informed to pay a $200.00 CASH deposit. Owners during registration was I informed of this. I plan to dispute my charges

Nice locality, close to highway The toilet was small and low to the ground, the shower ceiling was low and so was the shower head

Convenient to the route right off from I-75. Ok for a 1 night stop. They didn't process my online check in I did hours beforehand. 6 people ahead of me checking in. So took about a half hour just to check in. Floors were dirty and there were bugs in the bathroom the morning we checked out I turned on the lights and they ran out!! Children screaming at the top of their lungs in the pool area for most of the evening and no one did anything.
