Great room, service and nice breakfast.

It was great! We love the healthy options you have. The beds were comfortable and the rooms did not have an odor that some hotels do. The showers had good pressure and the body wash, shampoo and conditioner are very good. Not to complain at all, but there was no water available at breakfast. That is not something that would deter us from going back though

Super helpful and friendly front desk

We had a great time and will plan on staying here if we’re ever in Knoxville again. The lobby is a very welcoming space to hang out in, the pet fee is very reasonable, and because the hotel is set so far back from the main road, it was very quiet and peaceful.

Great experience and comfort for the price. Liked the robotic pancake maker. If i had to criticize, I didnt like the small work desk in the room.

Very clean and comfortable!

The room was spacious, including the bathroom area. It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a great variety and was very good. The desk clerk at check-in was friendly and welcoming as was the clerk when I checked out. They made sure everything was good. My room was cold BUT I turned the heat on and then it was perfect.

Overall property was very nice. The mattress had a large dip on one side that was uncomfortable. Fortunately I was traveling with a family member and had my own bed so I could move away from it. Two people would have had issues.

Room was great - nice size and clean. The bathroom was clean and updated. The front staff was fantastic and the breakfast was great!!

It was clean and inviting. The staff was very friendly. Even though they had technical issues during check-in, the staff were doing what they can to accommodate.

The breakfast was a nice variety so there was something for everyone.

Very nice and clean hotel. Staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was crowded and struggled finding a seat but overall a good night stay while traveling through.

The rooms were clean and well thought out with a lot of hooks to hang your bags. Breakfast was great and lobby was very welcoming with TVs and a pool table. I will look for Tru hotels to stay at from now on.
