The property was very clean and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly! The breakfast was a little meager, but good enough. The facility is older and in need of some attention (paint chipping, plaster peeling) but was very clean! It will be my go to hotel for Knoxville stays especially in the summer because the outdoor pool was lovely! There are also lots of restaurants very close by, a really nice liquor store, and a grocery store. With it being so close to the interstate, it was a very quick Lyft ride into downtown.

Right off the interstate, but not loud. Good restaurants close by. Great water pressure and hot water. Cigarette burns on blanket in a non smoking room. Took front desk personnel an extended period of time to come check me in because “left the phone in the lobby while helping another customer” there were 2 sheets on the bed on the beds instead of a blanket/comforter. Broken tiles in bathroom.

Room was run down and the air didn't work right. 2 towels for 4 people small flat pillows and no extras

I read someone's review and it said, "there was a waffle maker"... And that is true. There was also some bread and a toaster and coffee supplies. Rooms were clean, AC worked great and no funky smell so there's that too! Staff was friendly and helpful.
