My husband fell in the parking lot and the desk clerk went out of her way to help us out. She helped us to our room and made sure my husband was ok. Thank you so much.

The property was pretty much what you would expect from a hotel of this quality. I will add a few additional concerns. First, the bathroom read the black mold. It was so atrocious that it was hard to even shower in there. I kept the door closed when we were not in the bathroom. There was evidence on the walls and in the ceiling. Perhaps the most difficult item of our stay was the absolutely archaic and impossible to utilize or card locks. We went through no less than 12 cards and a two day day. The cards had to be moved in and out and various ways and positions in order to get the front door to open on the hotel room. They were easily demagnetize and were constantly having to go down on multiple trips up and down the elevator to get the cards done. The hotel should change these out by now because these are literally 1990s technology and they don’t work. Other than that, the breakfast was nice, the indoor pool was clean, and the stay was reasonable.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean and the beds were so comfortable. Will be booking this hotel again!

The room was very clean and spacious and the front desk associate that checked me in was very professional and attentive to my needs. I rated the maintenance of the property 4/5 because the room i received had a very noisy ac unit and the bathroom fan was also making a strange noise. Overall I'd say this is a good hotel.
