There's a Waffle House next door, a gas station with a convenience store right next to that, a cannabis store across the street, a liquor store with a cannabis and cigar shop right behind that, two Mexican restaurants on the block, and an Appleby's nearby. It's also easy for rideshare and delivery drivers to find. There's also a Knoxville Area Transit route about two blocks away on Central Ave. and Knoxville's transit system is very useful, which matters to me. I never had the breakfast in the lobby, I'm not fit for being in public that early, but there was a coffee maker, a microwave, and a mini fridge. The Wi-Fi was sometimes iffy but generally worked okay. Not bad at all. I don't regret it a bit.

There was.nothing unique about the property. It was a dump.
-
Not a bad hotel but if you looking for a 5 star keep moving
-
The room was clean but everything is outdated and worn.
-
Didn’t get to stay there
-
The room on the inside was good, but the staff was rude and wasn't helpful. And the grounds was bad looking
-
Bathroom smelled strongly of urine. Bed was very uncomfortable. It was fine for a place to stay last minute but not somewhere I will return to
-
Property was relatively clean but old and worn. Wallpaper pulling away. Dingy caulk. Shower/tub barely draining. Staff was nice but I would never stayed there if I knew what I was getting.

Nice place, friendly staff!
-
The first room they offered had terribly musty odor. They gave us another room. The towels were badly stained. Front desk staff replaced with clean ones. Breakfast area had ceiling tiles missing.

Quiet,clean

Value for money. However if you want to sleep in late, be careful about this choice as lots of guests are migrant workers and they get up early to get ready for work. Their trucks can be loud.
-
The place is disgusting and filthy! AC filter hadn't been cleaned in over a year. Avoid this place at all costs!
-
Decent value! Keep in mind, you get what you pay for. Beds were clean but the bathroom could use a little deep clean. Otherwise, hotel served its purpose well!
-
This hotel was in horrible condition. Dirty and old. Rust and dirt everywhere. The shower felt like I was going to fall through.
-

The Toilet would not flush in the bathroom of our room. It was not fixed during the two nights we stayed there.
