The room was clean, just wish there was more water pressure in the shower and bathroom sink

Clean room, free parking onsite, and helpful staff. However breakfast could use some work, the eggs were hot but the sausage was cold as ice and there wasn't a microwave available in the breakfast room.

Our only disappointment was that our room was above the pool and so our room smelled like the pool. We were so tired we decided to let it go. But we would check first the next time. Otherwise we will be using more Best Western’s in the future!!!

Whole building had a smell of mildew and could use a major renovation. Would not come here again.

We checked in our first room but it must’ve been a pet friendly room. Staff had us swapped to a different room immediately. The room was clean and comfortable.

Hotel was average in general, but a group of people who were high or drunk were harassing everyone in the pool.

The hotel was very dated. I was very surprised. We have stayed at best westerns before and always had updated facilities.

The room was huge- tons of space. Yes, The building is older- the AC didn’t seem to be working on the second floor hallway. There is a “gym” but the one treadmill in there doesn’t work. However It is extremely clean, even though things are older. Everyone was super kind and friendly, breakfast was good (lots of options and variety), and parking was free. It was very quiet too. I traveled for business and would stay again!

Check in no issues kids enjoyed the pool only complaint was I did have to get my door keys re keyed several times but other than thought no issues
