Very nice, Will stay there again

The room was clean, just wish there was more water pressure in the shower and bathroom sink

Clean room, free parking onsite, and helpful staff. However breakfast could use some work, the eggs were hot but the sausage was cold as ice and there wasn't a microwave available in the breakfast room.

Great room… great atmosphere… great stay

Our only disappointment was that our room was above the pool and so our room smelled like the pool. We were so tired we decided to let it go. But we would check first the next time. Otherwise we will be using more Best Western’s in the future!!!

The lovely lady working the front desk was an absolute delight. Very clean. Comfortable. Good value.

Quiet and good location. It was just overall just unclean. Towels were old and horribly stained and some were white and some were brown. The room itself was gross and unclean. Last persons belongings still in room.

Location was decent and staff was nice. Very rundown. Rooms were falling apart. Could barely open and close the bathroom door. Hot tub was gross.

Superb

The beds were comfortable. Pull out sofa bed was terrible. The sofa itself was worn out with stains. The mattress in the sofa bed was not unusable. It was worn out and there wasn't any bedding for it. Even if there was bedding, the mattress couldn't be used. It was very small as well.

Room was very clean but water handle came off in shower a day wouldn't let me take shower. Staff was very friendly

Parking

Pool wasn't heated and there was a heavy chemical in the hot tub. Breakfast and coffee were mediocre

Very cheerful and responsive staff. Great value.

Exceptional

Whole building had a smell of mildew and could use a major renovation. Would not come here again.

We checked in our first room but it must’ve been a pet friendly room. Staff had us swapped to a different room immediately. The room was clean and comfortable.

Friendly staff. Enjoyed our stay.

Hotel was average in general, but a group of people who were high or drunk were harassing everyone in the pool.
