Front desk staff was so kind and welcoming.

Just stayed here overnight with my wife and two kids as a rest stop between traveling from NJ to St. Pete Beach, FL (10 hour drive). Hotel was clean, new and the area of Knoxville is very inviting. Staff was very friendly. I would recommend staying here.

I really liked the fact that the hotel had an ample dog walking area and even a fenced area where I could let my dog loose. I also liked that it was close to many restaurants and gas stations and even had a grocery store across the street. Super convenient to everything I needed. On day 2 of our stay, the AC unit decided to break down. Being Summer, it got warm very quickly. However, I have to say that the hotel staff came to my room immediately after my call and was able to resolve the issue. The AC unit decided to break again on the morning we were leaving and since we were gathering our things and scurrying around the room, we quickly became very warm. I informed the staff upon my checking out.

Very nice room (had a king suite). Could walk around neighborhood. Breakfast was better than most hotels. Pool felt great after being out hiking in 94 degree weather. Very close to downtown. Would stay here again.
