The toilet in our room was missing a bolt and almost had my wife fall in the floor when trying to use. Staff was offering to move to a different room. We had unpacked and declined moving, but the General Manager said the next morning that maintenance would be in shortly and could fix it. Got back to room at 10pm, and not only was the toilet still broken but also they had not filled soap or did any room servicing.

My room felt like a "rushed remodel" of an old facility.... almost like they were painting over a bad memory. It was when my glass shower door kept sliding open that my opinion of the hotel to a negative turn and I started noticing more that I wasnt really satisfied with for the price point. I have ZERO complaints about the staff, as they were very friendly and eager to assist if needed.

Whoever worked the front desk on 07/31/26 was awesome. The whole computer system was down and he was so kind and patient and accommodating.

The room was clean. The young man who checked us in was extremely nice. However, the air conditioner was awful. It was loud, which made my overnight stay unpleasant.

No hot water in the evening and morning showers! Room was musty upon arrival. But cooled down fast. Hallways were muggy and hot. Staff was friendly. Lobby clean. Beds were comfortable. Easy on-off highway. Yogurt & bagels for bkfst.

Website showed an indoor pool, which is one of the reasons I chose this place. Only to find out the pool had been shut down before renovation. Very disappointed with that otherwise, nice room.
