The hotel was in a very good location. It’s close to multiple gas stations and fast food restaurants. It’s also just 10 minutes from downtown Knoxville. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the AC worked well, despite the unit looking busted. Staff were polite. It wasn’t the cleanest. We had several spiders, the bathmat and sheets had weird stains, and when we went to get ice, there was garbage in the ice bucket from the last guest. If you’re much taller than about 5’5”, the shower may be a bit short for you. We did have some issues with the door swinging lock sticking and connecting devices to the WiFi.

Great customer service and staff ready to assist

There was poop on side of bed, hair all in the shower and dead bugs in the cups. I can’t believe any business would allow their property to be that disgusting

Absolutely a great deal! Clean!! Will definitely revisit in the future if in Knoxville!

Girl at the desk wad on her phone, didnt seem too I terested in helping...and literally would not give me clean towels/washcloths w/o turning used ones in... We were there 3 nights, no room service at all, no clean towels, had to request a roll of toilet paper. It definitely is no frills, but I have not stayed in a Days Inn in this bad of shape.

The rooms were clean, bed were comfy. The outdoors looked old and outdated. The breakfast was VERY minimal…. Granola bars, muffins and 2 types of cereal, coffee was ok, not great, But those were the only options for breakfast.

It’s was very hot and hunid outside even at 10:00 pm. When we opened the room door we expected relief from the heat. Nope, the room A/C unit was turned off. The stay would have been more pleasant if the staff would have turned on the A/C unit before we arrived to cool down the room.

Terrible. El trato de la persona del mostrador fue asqueroso. Deberían revisar mejor a quien contratan.

We ended up leaving the room for some place else. The moment that you walk into the room, it smells like a smoker lived in it for years. The pillows were stained and the comforter and mattress covers were dirty. The bathroom floor was also full of hair and the bathroom walls had stains. It is advertised as clean but that was not the case for us. Overall I would not recommend to stay here unless you make sure that the rooms are thoroughly cleaned. The location is convincentes but that is the only thing good I can say.

I showed up at 10pm, had already been charged by the hotel (wrong amt was withdrawn from my account) when the desk clerk turned the computer to show me what she saw i was charged the computer glitches and I was lnt able to check in until a manager was called and computer fixed. Finally got into my room around 11pm. Room was nicer than expected, clean, but you can gear everything from other rooms and the ac was so loud. Still working to see if its my bank but I was also charged 60 instead of 50 for the deposit. Not sure what's up with that. Overall, for a $60 room, it was good. I wouldn't pay more though.

Nothing about it The fact that when we checked in. There was no shower curtain in the room. 1 towel and a floor mat. I had to go to the office after 3 phones calls and get the stuff that should have been in the room to begin with myself just so we could shower. We extended our stay till weds morning, then tonight a drink was spilled on the sheets by 1 of the grandchildren and after 3 phone calls and me going to the office I was told by the night clerk. That he can jot give mr fresh sheets or towels at 2 am because his key doesn't work on the laundry door. So our stay is a shit show and not worth the price of admission. Honestly i would like a full refund of my room and a couple free nights for the trouble we have had to go thru since being here. This is absolutely the worst experience I have ever had here in many yrs.
