Unfortunately, I cannot think of anything positive to say about our experience at this property. I booked two non-smoking rooms for two nights. Both rooms smelled strongly of smoke as soon as we opened the doors. We found blood on the bedding, brown material in the sheets, visible mold, and muddy water on the bathroom floor. We reported the conditions to the front desk and were told to contact the place we booked through. While we were outside trying to resolve the situation, we had not checked out and were still checked into both rooms, yet the hotel gave our rooms to another couple. We also personally witnessed hotel staff entering guest rooms while guests were away, which raised serious safety and privacy concerns. We also witnessed that the bedding was not changed before another couple was allowed to check into one of the rooms. This was an extremely unsanitary and concerning experience.

The place is so convenient to I75. It’s a clean place. Staff was very helpful to get us the first floor close to the office which I requested.

Location did not have much around besides gas station. Was a last minute so definitely ok but no my first choice…

Non smoking room stank of smoke.. unpleasant!

This place was completely disgusting! The room was not cleaned! Dirty bed sheets, the yellow room chair was black with dirt. Dirt & some kind of droppings behind the bed. My husband went to request new sheets, and the attendant gave him another pair of dirty sheets. We went into the laundry to actually get washed ones. Immediately checked out the next morning!

The room was clean and staff was very helpful but the water pressure in the shower was very and and took a long to warm up. Still waiting for my deposit to be refunded as well. Would've gotten 5 stars if not for their plumbing issues.

Wish I knew it was motel style beforehand, doors lead right outside. Very thin walls, loud trucks in the morning and could hear people walking outside very audibly. Shower was questionable, didn’t use it. The first room we were assigned smelled heavy of smoke so we asked to switch, which wasn’t a problem but the second one still had that musty smell. Fine for an overnight stay and close to things, but probably wouldn’t stay again.

PICTURES ARE A LIE. I GOT THERE AND IT SMELLED SO GROSS. BEDS LOOKED SO DIRTY, ROOM LOOKED LIKE THEY HAD PEOPLE SLEEPING IN THEM ALREADY. ROOM SMELLED JUST LIKE SMOKE WHEN I HAD ASKED FOR NONSMOKING ROOM. STAFF DIDNT EVEN GREET US COMING INTO THE OFFICE. NOT CLEAN AT ALL. VERY SCARY TO STAY THERE. WE TURNED IN THE KEYS IN AS SOON AS WE WALKED INTO THE ROOM AND WE LEFT. SO UNCOMFORTABLE AND DIRTY. NEED A REFUND FOR NOT STAYING AND HOW OF LIE THE HOTEL WAS.

We drove seven hours to our reserved NON smoking room for college game day. Arrived to a room that smelled like it had been smoked in for years. Only to be told no other rooms were available so at 1AM we had to call all across the city and find a room. Would not recommend staying here for anyone.

Check-in went well. Room was in poor repair. Bathroom door hinges were not tight and door dragged on floor. Rust was visible on ceiling grates. Towels were dirty, only half roll of TP, tissue box was empty. Shower faucet was separated from wall, bed was uncomfortable, noise was heard on both sides, above, and from outside. Washer and dryer were out of order, ice machine tray was broken. Breakfast was a small muffin and 2 choices of cereal. I don't think we even got 1 full hour of sleep. I do not recommend staying there.

You get what you pay for in this case.

Lots of mold all over the ceiling, paint coming off everywhere, broken deadbolt on the door. Sheets looked like they were used. Gross! I ended up not staying and asked for a refund. Oh and they want a $50.00 deposit that is separate from your reservation fee.

To high of a pet fee for the place of stay.

The shower didn't get warm or hot. I will admit that the bed was comfortable. We were headed to Florida for our 2nd yr anniversary the next day so it was ok just for a night.

The woman that checked us out was very very rude. We were actually having car trouble and needed to wait in the lobby for our ride to get there from KY and the front desk lady was like “do you know when your ride will be here, you can only stay in lobby for an hour”….mind you, it’s 90 degrees outside and I told her already we will be out of her way as soon as we can. We are waiting on a ride….she didn’t give a response-just stated at me. Worst experience at a hotel ever.

Stairway was filthy. Desk clerk was impolite. Woodwork in the bathroom was in bad shape. The tub fixture was loose in the wall.
