Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Prattville South by IHG

Traveled with family… Hotel was very clean, staff was very helpful, and room was very good. Breakfast was great. Plan to stay there again when we travel through that way.

The location was off the beaten path, but was convenient to shopping, restaurants, etc, The breakfast served a variety & was very pleased. The price could have been lower.

Nice lady that checked us in. Very convenient and easy access off Hwy 82 and Interstate 65. Quiet, clean, safe location. Beautiful view of golf course from our 3rd floor window facing the front. Great breakfast in the morning. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Elevators were not working and we were on 3rd floor. Went to check out and asked where can I get ice since it wasn't working on 3rd floor, was told 2nd floor. I was not walking back up. Room could have been cleaned better. Bathroom had hair around toilet and seem to not have been vacuumed. Also had to walk back down stairs to get extra sheets for the pull out bed since there wasn't any. And more towels. Sleeps 6 but only had 2 towels in room. Overall just really inconvenient for our short 10 hrs stay.

Room stunk. Was 78 degrees upon entry.

One of the best Holiday Inn Express experiences I’ve ever had. They do an excellent job!

The elevator was hit or miss on working. The staff was friendly but also said they would text when a room was available before 3 because I requested early check in and they never did even after 3. The management seemed scattered.

The beds were clean and confortable the free breakfast was good. The bathroom could have been cleaner. We were charged a fee for parking and the elevator was broken.

Consistent with most other Holiday Inns Price

The exhaust fan in the bathroom wasnt working and body wash needed refilled, room was for 4-6 people but their were only 3 sets of towels The TV in the sitting wasn't connecting to DirecTV for our kids. There were no disposable cups for the coffee pot, though there were lids.there was decaf coffee pods but not regular coffee. I did colorful office, she said she put in a work service for exhaust and t vfor\nAfter our visit. She was very kind and offered gave us more cows and body wash

Staff was very friendly. From room to reception area, pool to even the parking lot….everything was clean. Substantial breakfast that included fruit, yogurt, pancakes, cereals, biscuits and gravy. It was a great value and will return.

Guy at front desk didn’t act like he knew what he was doing. Then hotel charges to park your car on there lot. Don’t they get enough from the stay? Won’t be staying there again.
