System was down and after traveling 13 hours they couldn't give us our room we booked on bookingmcom

I stayed at this hotel from a Wednesday to a Sunday, room was never cleaned. I went to the front desk everyday to request the room to be cleaned, they stated someone was going to clean it but never did. Everyday had to go to front desk to ask for towels and trash bags but if the room was being cleaned, we wouldn’t have to repeatedly ask for these items. The baseball team picked this hotel to stay at for World Series. The hotel was packed and none of our rooms were cleaned. Another thing i didn’t like is that it didn’t have a laundry room. We had to find a laundry room outside the hotel.

The rooms were clean and comfortable! Breakfast was good. The staff was amazing considering they were dealing with 20+ kids from the baseball Regional World Series. The only hiccup we had was with check in and payment but both were fixed

I liked that there was a decent breakfast offered and the area for eating was clean. The menu was fairly good. The staff was courteous and professional.

Friendly staff, excellent food/beverage offerings. Room was dangerously damp. Slippery floors. A/c unit was hit or miss on temperature. Bedside lamp not functional. No soap in shower.

I have stayed here several times for a work trip. Hotel always nice and clean, and the staff gives excellent customer service. It's always a pleasure staying here.

The location was the only positive. I've already submitted a request to refund. The property was drastically different than posted photos. We arrived, went through check-in, and received a room that resembled a converted closet. Fixtures were broken, and the room smelled like curdled milk. Furthermore, the guests next door were loud and made my partner uncomfortable.

As a female who travels alone, this hotel makes me feel very safe. My room was very clean as was the entire hotel. The breakfast was good and plentiful. I’ll stay here any time when I travel.
