We have stayed here many times and the staff are so friendly and helpful all the time. We appreciate how clean the rooms are and the full breakfast is great! We love the location which is close to downtown. We will be staying there again soon!

Terrible experience from the get-go. Before I booked the hotel I called ahead to make sure there was adequate parking for my truck and my trailer. The staff said that they had reserved Trailer parking for me upon arrival. When I did arrive, there was zero parking for the truck in the trailer and the one parking spot that they called “trailer parking“ had two regular vehicles parked in the spots. So I had to park my truck a mile away from the hotel and walk. Next thing was we booked a premium room so that we can have more space and a couch and computer desk to do my work. They checked us into the wrong room with barely enough room for all of my stuff and said they were gonna give us a different room the next day and never did. We asked if we could cancel and try to get our money back from Expedia right after we checked in and there was no parking and they gave us the wrong room. And they said that was not possible. This is my first time using Expedia and my first time staying at that hotel.

Recommend, if an older adult request room on first floor. Hotel does not have an elevator. It can be difficult for older seniors to travel upstairs to second floor.

It’s further up in the mountain a little bit so so nice atmosphere. I stayed there for five days and breakfast didn’t change. That’s the only thing I could really complain about the same breakfast every day.

We had a lovely two night stay! Our room was clean, bed was comfy, and we appreciated the in room coffee as well as the shower. The pool was small but very clean, and breakfast was yummy with lots of options.
