Room was very cramped, noise from the parking garage behind the hotel along with the alleyway all night long. Horrible night sleep.

The sheets were ichy and the bed a little soft and lumpy. For sure not the greatest but quaint and strange.

The appreciation of the history of the hotel, which is very rare in many parts of the country. It was very well decorated in the history and richness of the area. The hotel staff were very welcoming and accommodating and very knowledgeable. N/A

The location was great, right in the middle of Whiskey Row. There were a lot of restaurants, cafes, shops, and bars all in walking distance. The room was cute and clean, and looked like the pictures online. The Keurig coffee was good and the water pressure in the shower was great. The bed was comfortable and the room was very quiet. They also had plenty of free parking in the garage behind the hotel. I just turned 60 so walking up the steep stairway with my luggage wasn't as easy as it used to be. The bathroom lighting was dark and hard to see my face when putting makeup on, even when using the smaller mirror they provided. I couldn't figure out how to turn on/off the TV so just kept pushing buttons on the remote until it worked. On my last day, I noticed instructions for it on the bottom of a pile of pamphlets on the nightstand. Finally, they had ice available but a mini-fridge would be a great improvement.

Wonderful historic hotel in the heart of Whiskey Row. Easy parking then can walk to any business downtown or take a nice stroll around the courthouse square. Beautiful, unique rooms. Exceptional staff.
