Exceptional

Location, service, and evening music were excellent. Bathrooms could use an update.

Meals in the Peacock Room, and the Birthday Dinner in the Marina Ballroom were excellent. The Glass Bar and the music on the patio were very pleasant. Being walking distance from everything else we were doing made this a perfect place to stay. The hotel staff was so wonderful during our stay. Everyone was very helpful, friendly and polite. They all made our stay just lovely and are part of the reason we will happily be returning. We loved our stay at the Hassayampa Inn for Doc Hollidaze and we look forward to being back again next year.

The location is in downtown Prescott. The hotel is very cool. The beds are as hard as a rock. I know it's a 100 year old hotel, but get some memory foam pads. We slept there two nights. I would not recommend it at all. Very uncomfortable.

A historical hotel, it has original or similar accents like dark wood trim, velvet chairs, painted tiles, etc. There wasn’t much water pressure but that is to be expected for 100 year old plumbing!

I can only say everything is excellent.

My only gripe from the visit is they did not proactively offer my complimentary bottle of wine that was included in my booking.

Great stay, will stay again.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this property and it just keeps getting better and better. The happy hour and live music in the courtyard area was a huge plus.

The room (#205) was a bit on the small side and for my 6' tall husband, the bathroom was a challenge. Almost zero knee room while taking care of business... Happy Hour was terrific as was the entertainment on the patio. It's so conveniently located for walking around town and the local restaurants are abundant and good. Only hiccup was the semi-grumpy front desk clerk at checkout.

Excellent accommodation. This place is our de facto home away from home.

My stay at Hassayampa Inn was stellar. The staff were helpful, available, kind, and courteous folks. The Wifi did not have a password, which feels like a real win. The hotel bar was amazing with reasonably priced drinks and craft cocktails. The food at The Peacock Room was also very good and priced appropriately. Being steps from Whiskey Row and the Courthouse was super convenient; going down there without foraging for a parking spot is wonderful. The parking on property is easy and free with a well lit street so I felt totally safe. But I have to say the best part is the actual building. To be in a building that is so stunning and well kept is so alien to our current world of every commercial building being the exact same shade of gray inside and out. The architecture is wonderful. You should stay here.

Lovely stay. Hotel has really history. Live violin music in the bar leaked nicely into dining room. Good value stay and dinner. Comfortable room and bed. You should stay here, then decide if its best for every visit. Nothing, but I may have been lucky to find very close parking spot.

Besides the property being historic and wonderful the room was very clean and the staff was awesome. Monica and Shane (I hope I have that right) were very helpful provided great insight on a restaurant I asked about.

I got extremely sick , there was definitely black mold in there, very sour smell, can see the black mold in the corners of the bathroom. For $170 worse value I ever got I liked the way it looked , got extremely sick after from the hotel

Historic, charming property conveniently located. Queen room is small, but well-appointed. Breakfast at the Peacock dining room was quite good. Would recommend.

Walked in at 5 to change for dinner to so many barking dogs I was not impressed. If you love dogs or have a dog, this is for you. Not for me…
