Great place to stay in Prescott! Large, comfortable rooms! Close to everything, including Whiskey Row and Yavapai college! Friendly and welcoming staff! Complimentary breakfast was good too!

We really like and always stay at Springhill Suites whenever we spend a night or 2 when we go to Prescott. It's everything plus in what we look for when we book a hotel. Clean and Spacious room, friendly staff, breakfast included, and plenty of parking. The hotel is convenient to everything and an easy walk to downtown. We have already reserved a room for the next time we plan to go back to Prescott.

One suggestion for the hotel, add a light fixture in the bathroom/faucet area, because the mirror lighting was very low.

the first time, housekeeping did a good job. The beds were made nicely and supplies were replenished. I could tell the bathroom had been cleaned properly. The second time, which was yesterday (Saturday), the bathroom was not scrubbed and one of the beds was made properly and the other, that I had roughly made, was left as is. I could tell the drinking glasses were not replaced with clean ones and we were not given bath towels so we had to request them. I always leave a pretty generous gratuity of $10. The second day housekeeping was not up to par. Also, the guests above us were quite noisy up until after 11 pm. They were quite heavy steppers and without turning on my white noise, it would have been impossible to sleep. The location was convenient to downtown and shopping for groceries.

Room was very clean, good, fresh breakfast buffet,nice pool area and plenty of parking. The staff was so accommodating and friendly. Of note, was an employee named Marcus who multi-tasked many jobs and always with a smile. Management was on the spot and you could tell was overseeing everything. The location to downtown was great and walkable.
