The Hotel is beautiful and very well maintained. I can't say enough good things about the staff. They are ALL AMAZING!!! Any need we had they took care of it immediately. The restaurant food at the hotel is all very good and Gramma's Bakery next door is delicious. Great sandwiches, pastries and desserts. We will definitely be returning. Thx you for making our stay so special.

We’ve stayed at St. Michels previously and had a rather small room but this room was larger and so nicely appointed. It’s a very old, historical hotel but the restaraunt and bar are very nice and the Speakeasy is such a fun place to hang out or listen to music on the weekends. We plan on staying again since we love Prescott so much.

Very friendly staff. Had a great time!

We stayed a week. Staff was courteous and helpful and the room was clean and the bed was perfect.

parking was okay , had to some walking but not bad. The front desk had issues with getting my reservation . But took care of me very well.

The st. Michael's hotel is nice over all but lacks in basic amenities. The shower pressure was horrible and if you wanted a bath it would run you 65 dollars for a deep soak which you have to reserve with staff the day before. I stayed 2 nights and ran out of towels the first day. The first night was my daughter and I then the next my new husband and I for our honeymoon night so we needed new towels. I was hoping for coffee in the room and alas no coffee in the rooms and the lobby bar stop serving coffee at 10 am. When renting the room the larger room isn't very large but the closet was as big as the bathroom. I did love the staircase the look and location near the square.

We love this hotel. The staff is always friendly and helpful. We've stayed there multiple times and same experience every single time.

Just can't say enough about how helpful the staff was. All areas were excellently cleaned and maintained....what a beautiful Historic Hotel. Would highly recommend and will be going back myself.

The lady who checked us in, I believe her name was April, was incredibly kind and professional. Every member of the staff was attentive from check in, to the lobby bar and to check out. The room was neat and clean and the mattress was comfortable.

The rooms were so small. Bathrooms even smaller. You would hit the sink trying to use the toilet. Getting out of the shower was a challenge with the sink right on top. AC was only in the rooms and not throughout the hotel. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in which is disappointing considering the brand of the hotel. Would not recommend. Staff was friendly but slow in all parts of the hotel. Food was great.

will stay again tip - park on side near entrance on Gurley Street to load and unload :>)

Very cool old hotel, well maintained, and the downtown, whisky row location, amazing.
