The hotel itself was not bad. The check in process was super easy. Now the cleaning staff on the other hand could use some training. The coffee maker still had an old filter inside if it. The coffee pot was dirty. The carpets were filthy, they should just be replaced with flooring. The free breakfast was pretty good. The waffles and potatoes were my favorite. Im pretty sure the eggs are powdered so thats a no for me. But there were muffins, juice, bagels,sausage and bacon so there's plenty to choose from and its free. Just don't ask the lady there for plates or you'll be greeted with an attitude. Maybe she was having a bad morning, I don't know but it wasn't needed. As far as the room, my bed was comfortable, the shower was great and I loved the balcony. All in all I had a great stay and would definitely come back. The Tesla charging was also a huge ➕️

Location was good. Breakfast was good. Parents room; the handicap bar was off the wall in the bathroom beside the toilet and their microwave was missing.

The property was maintained very well, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay incredible. They have covered parking. Breakfast was hot and great choices. When ever in Prescott we will definitely stay again!

Comfortable and inviting. Staff was lovely. Had everything we could have hoped for. Good o look location. Everything was 15 minutes away.

Convenient location, close to Downtown and restaurants. Breakfast choice is very good. Staff friendly, facility very clean. Stayed there 2nd time and will continue to reserve it for the future visits.

The lobby was a delight! Whether you want to listen to or play the piano, play one of their many board games, snack on a fresh baked cookie, or lounge outside by the pool or fire pit, there is pretty much a space for everyone! Rooms were comfortable and quiet. Staff recommended a wonderful place for dinner. Highly recommend!

My experience with the staff was terrible. I showed up to check in and the room was not ready. The staff told me to go hang out somewhere and they would call me when the room is ready. I got the call and headed back to the hotel. When I got back to the hotel, they gave my room to someone else. I was then told that our room will be ready in about 20 to 30 minutes. Three hours later it still is not ready. Come to find out their housekeeping staff did not show up for work that day, so the manager and other workers were trying to get the rooms done. Instead of telling me that, they lied and kept saying that the room will be ready in 20 minutes. After waiting three hours, I finally got a room. When I got to my room the room was not done and everything was taken apart. I Had to go back to the front desk to get another room. They got me into another room and that one was fine. The office manager told me that she would refund my money for the inconvenience. She never did refund that money and I was lied to again. Do not trust the staff there.
