Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful (Naiomi, Bob and Rebecca.) The included breakfast buffet was also very good. Kudos to Al who maintained the food and breakfast area. The food was good and there was a good variety. They even supply gluten free bread which my husband needed due to celiac. The only issue we had was housekeeping. We asked for the latest possible housekeeping as we weren’t going to be getting up very early. The room was clean on our arrival on Tuesday evening. The next day we left for an appointment and returned after dinner to find that housekeeping had not been there. We had no towels, etc. which the front desk supplied for us. The next day they came but the bed was barely made. Basically just pulled up. That was the only downside to our stay. I would recommend staying here, just watch the housekeeping.

Absolutely horrendous experience that I wouldn't wish on anyone. If you book this hotel through a third-party site, be prepared for a complete administrative nightmare the second you walk through the lobby doors.

If I could have given more than 5 stars I would have! The staff was more than attentive, they were kind and all went above and beyond to make sure our stay was more than we had expected. I won’t stay anywhere else from now on.

The full breakfast was very good, and I enjoyed the view from the room. The air conditioner unit was very noisy even after good-faith attempts to fix it. The fan ran constantly with intermittent buzzing. Since it was in the 80s and 90s during my stay, I had to keep the air conditioner on.

Breakfast was good selections and fresh. Tina, who managed the morning setup, prep, and service was delightful and friendly. The property is peaceful and relaxing. The young lady at the desk in afternoons was very friendly and helpful. We had a great stay!

Location, staff, continental breakfast In the room we stayed in, the walls were marked up with hand prints and just marked up. The one bed had a hollow middle and was not supportive. Ok

The first room that my wife, my golden retriever, and I checked into smelled like a dog kennel. Really bad. I went back to the front desk to tell the receptionist and she dropped everything to check it out and immediately gave us a different room. Really great service, I'd say. Also the breakfast was excellent. The two kinds of scrambled, sausage links, bacon and potatoes were delicious. Many other choices too. Praises to the chef that put it all together and was overseeing things.

20/10 This place is a dream. Its beauiful. The staff is so kind and helpful. This is one of the best experiences I have had at a botique hotel in years. I will continue to return.

Hotel is beautiful, live music, good breakfast, clean pool, garden, nice staff. Carpet in the room was smelly, but next time I will ask for a room where no pets are allowed.

The breakfast was delicious. Great variety of food. Staff was very polite and quick to answer questions. When we first arrived to the room. The tv remote didn't work. The shower drain got backed up. When I call the front desk no one answered. Parking was okay.
