Super nice staff - fun to interact with. They fawned over our dog every chance they got and took good care of us too. The room was very nice and the beds were really comfy. Nice linens.

Could be a worse situation. I spoke to the front desk staff about. They were very responsive.

The rooms are very clean and modern, the breakfast is fresh and delicious every morning. The pool and hot tubs were beautiful and very much enjoyed. It’s difficult to get extra towels from room service, we requested to have our room cleaned and it didn’t happen.

Extremely friendly front desk staff. Loved warm cookie as I checked in. Room is clean, love the small kitchen and large desk space. Bathrooms could use an upgrade, but overall, nice property.

Very large room with kitchen facilities - great for a longer stay and for self-catering. Nice pool area. A 10-15min drive to downtown Prescott depending on traffic. Not many food options other than fast food nearby.

Room was comfortable and very clean. The kitchen area was well stocked with dishes, utensils and cooking pots. The complementary breakfast was very good and a great way to start the day. All the staff were very helpful, friendly and courteous.

Very comfortable rooms and a nice warm pool with 2 hot tubs also a big kiddie pool.The staff was awesome we left a wallet and they called right away to get it back to us. A little to far from historical Prescott but I will stay there again . Oh yeah and a great breakfast.

Difficulty at check in due to booking multiple room and confusion with length of stay. Credit card machine not working causing wrong card to be charged. **do your own dishes and cleaning. None of our 3-day stay receive any room service. however buffet breakfast excellent with variety of items available

We reserved and paid for a multi-bed room. When we checked in just before 6 pm, we were assigned a one-bed room. We immediately came down to the front desk to notify the front desk of the mistake. But the front desk clerk just told us that they could not switch because the hotel was fully booked, without trying to check to see if there was any multi-bed room available at that time. I'm sure at that time, which was relatively early for check-in, there were multi-bed rooms available, since that's what we reserved and hotels don't assign rooms until guests check in.

All was good except they charged extra for parking. This is unusual for a non-inner city or downtown hotel. Seems like they’re nickel and diming us like frontier airlines.

It’s so fresh and delicious, and there are plenty of healthy choices too!

One area that could use improvement is the breakfast options. While there was a decent variety, it would be great if the hotel added egg white-only options for guests who prefer not to eat yolks. This would be a thoughtful addition for those who are health-conscious or have dietary preferences. Aside from that, everything else was enjoyable, and I would consider staying here again in the future.
