Friendly and helpful staff. The gal who presented the breakfast room daily was delightful. The convenience of the hotel location was perfect relative to all the places we visited in Prescott and surrounding areas. The only con was we found the bathroom, kitchen and entry floors dirty. I washed them myself with a wet rag that became filthy; which led us to think the rooms are not deep cleaned in between patrons. The room appears very clean, but not sure it really passes the test in reality. The style, decor, and functional layout of the room is excellent. Dirty floor on non carpeted areas of our room

They have most things, you can shop and Costco and cook there in the room. Dish washer, refrigerator with ice maker.

The room in the hotel were very clean. The stuff was extremely friendly. The only problem was the room smelled like smoke..

Unfortunately the room was not up to par! The bathroom reeked of mildew, the body wash container and the conditioner container were empty. This is the first hotel I’ve stayed at that has no body lotion??!! And for the price per night this should not be how we find our room.

Room was great, staff were perfect and very helpful, pool, hot tubs, gym all great, and the laundry was also very good. We were too lazy to get up and eat breakfast but we took full advantage of the available restaurants in the area. Highly recommend!!!!

Super nice staff - fun to interact with. They fawned over our dog every chance they got and took good care of us too. The room was very nice and the beds were really comfy. Nice linens.

Great staff...pleasant and always available and helpful! A few big beetles near the fire pit...need to spray. Could be a worse situation. I spoke to the front desk staff about. They were very responsive.

Always enjoy staying at your hotel! It’s clean and friendly staff! Great breakfasts and nice patio areas to sit and have a glass of wine. Beds are comfortable too. We will be back 🥰😎⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The rooms are very clean and modern, the breakfast is fresh and delicious every morning. The pool and hot tubs were beautiful and very much enjoyed. It’s difficult to get extra towels from room service, we requested to have our room cleaned and it didn’t happen.

Extremely friendly front desk staff. Loved warm cookie as I checked in. Room is clean, love the small kitchen and large desk space. Bathrooms could use an upgrade, but overall, nice property.

Very large room with kitchen facilities - great for a longer stay and for self-catering. Nice pool area. A 10-15min drive to downtown Prescott depending on traffic. Not many food options other than fast food nearby.
