Rooms are clean, staff is always friendly and professional. My husband and I are both highly allergic to pet dander. So your no pet policy is extremely important and appreciated by us. The free breakfast is a great bonus and the multiple choices mean there is something for everyone. The food is always hot and tasty. We’ve stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Prescott, Arizona at least 15 times. Always our first choice when visiting the town.

Room was clean and up to date. Placement of the hotel was easy to get to and most of all safe. Staff were friendly and helpful. Inside pool and hot tub was open till 10pm which was ideal for our stay. I’m not sure if we had any neighbors because we didn’t hear anything through the walls. And we were very happy with the black out windows which were sealed on the sides. We didn’t make it to breakfast because of them but that’s not a complaint. Overall I would recommend staying here and if we have future business in the area we will definitely be staying here again.
