i had a great stay,

This hotel was horrible. My husband and 17 year old daughter stayed here and were fearful. Do not recommend.

The hotel was under renovations and we have a handicapped son in a wheelchair. The clerk was trying to give us an upstairs room with no elevator. I said we can’t take him upstairs. She couldn’t give us a room in the first floor due to notes in the computer not to rent the rooms. The clerk also told me that my card was charged and I had to contact the travel company. I have yet to hear from anyone or get a refund.

We arrived and the key cards did not work for the room, the third time down they gave us a different room. The key cards worked this time, once in the room we discovered a bug infestation. I went back down and said we are not staying here, there are bugs in the room. The attendant immediately said, you’re not the first person to say this, but we can’t give you your money back. You’re better off sleeping in a truck stop bathroom than sleeping here. Tear the place down.

Price It was dirty. No towels. Broken water faucet.

Booked hotel on booking.com and when I arrived the front desk had no access to the room key cards so I wasn’t able to get a room. I am now trying to get my money back from booking.com which is not proving easy. So disappointing!!!

It was close to my destination. The staff was friendly. The site said there would be continental breakfast but once we arrived we were told they no longer provide that. We didn’t have a microwave or refrigerator in the room. They were remodeling but didn’t provide a discount for the inconvenience. It was hard to find the staircase to the room. The floors were very dirty. Our feet were black from them.

• The room did not have comforters on the beds and provided no additional linens. The beds had a top sheet and the protective over cover, no comforter. • There were no washcloths provided • There was excessive noise until after 1am. Outside of my room on the ground level there was what appeared to be a semi-permanent ATV repair shop set up. People were loud and using power tools until after 1am. • The room seemed to be in the middle of a repair and potentially should have been held from use. • There was a used tube of toothpaste left on the counter. • The packaging on complimentary soap was torn and mostly missing.

Everyone and everything was great clean bedding clean room

They had a parking lot for trucks, I arrived in a 26 ft. box truck their truck lot made manuvering it very easy. The room was clean and bed bed was comfy. Thin walls, I could hear people in next room laughing and carrying on till 1:30am. Also, there were no disposible cups in the room. I woke up in the middle of the night and had to drink out of my hands.

We never stayed at the hotel. When we arrive to check in, we were told there were no rooms available and no accommodation could be made for us.

La salle de bain était dans un état lamentable, le plancher était collant et le lit qui faisait du bruit ! Il devrait être rénové d’ici quelques mois selon les employés sur place. Aussi le déjeuner n’était pas inclus comme mentionné dans la réservation.

Great for a crack nest. Not much else

The bed was ok, only the hotel was not all that updated. Bug in the bathroom, the over all stay was not to good, no continental breakfast the room was ok the floor was sweaty and did not smell good, I was there for a funeral if I had time to look for another hotel I would have it need some major update. I was charged to have breakfast they only had coffee and water. would like a refund or credit given back. I have pictures of all the bad stuff. the bathroom drain had stuff in it.

Close to the highway was and easy stopping places to break up the drive home from the beach. Advertised Breakfast when booked but no longer offer breakfast. They were still cleaning our room at 7pm when check in was 3pm. A little unorganized first sent me to a room that was still be remodeled and to move our stuff after carrying it upstairs.

It was the dirtiest hotel one I’ve ever seen. Very dark with poor outside lighting. No breakfast at all. It was hair in the tub and sheets. Very dirty furniture. Door didn’t close all the way shut. Smells bad inside and very poor kept. Tv was showing like the old tv with the fuzzy spots. You had to hold the toilet handle to make it flush. It was a mess.

No TV cable service. Called front desk and asked if the TV service worked. They replied “Not Really”.

Room needed a deep clean. I went barefoot and my feet were black from the floors. Toilet seat was not firmly attached. Toilet wobbled. Water pressure was poor. NO exterior sign lights at all. No exterior light over many room doors. Fridge barely worked. No coffee maker. No cups to drink water. No place to put soap after washing your hands. Towel bar should be firmly attached to the wall. Grab bars should be in ALL ROOMS.
