Carol at the front desk, was simply wonderful! The only thing we had a bit of a struggle with was adjusting the temperature on the shower. Otherwise, the stay was fantastic.

Pop machine was stocked with expired products that were flat. Bathroom had cockroaches in it.

Would not recommend pool area was disgusting could not even see through the water dirt and water throughout the area no ventilation. Rooms are in dire need of updates and very musty.

Place is very convenient close to the stores. The only negative I have for this property is the room I got, the conditions of the room has a moldy smell, looks like the carpet needs cleaning which I believe causing the bad smell in the room.

First room they checked us into hadn’t been turned around. Unmade beds, trash, towels strewn about. Second room smelled not of smoke but of just filth and wasn’t the 2 x queens we asked for. The sleeper couch was completely collapsed.

The pool was very cloudy, surrounding area is dirty. The pool area smelled like wet dog.

Location! Breakfast was not good, room was just okay, not dirty but wasn’t clean either. Felt rushed leaving and it was at 8:30 am.

Broken lock on rear entry door. Minimal choices of breakfast. Shower and bathroom floor had something spilled on it. Multiple rooms with doors ajar.

Location was perfect for travelling I-77. Room was perfect. Very comfortable sleep. Nice breakfast. Awesome coffee.

It was convenient to stores and restaurants. Room was decently clean. Shower didn’t work in our room. Had to shower in another room that morning. Bed very uncomfortable.

The pillows weren’t bad and the location was good. Mold in the bathroom, stains all over, furniture was broken, a mystery light over the bed, ice machine didn’t work, and the shower had such a big gap under it that the floor got covered in water, also the door to the toilet was a pocket door that didn’t slide so the door had to be open the whole time.

Walked into my room and there was a cockroach on the bathroom tile. Canceled my reservation and did not stay here. Staff did apologize on my way out the door.
