The card on file could not be used. I reached out to engine to alleviate the issue and no response. I ended up expensing the stay.

not so good........the room was clean...no regular coffee, and the huge smoke detector light blinked all night.......large blinking light...couldhardly get to sleep

We stayed on the 5th floor. There was a mildew smell as soon as we got off the elevator although we didn't smell it in the room. There was a few small stains on 1 of the sheets. No garbage bags in the garbage cans. Breakfast was typical hotel food. It was an ok stay for a quick night's sleep

Very polite and attentive staff. Only 3 set ups tor towels with 6 guests. Staff corrected right away

The location was good & the facility looked clean...at least from the lobby. Our room wasn't held for us so we didn't get to stay here. We made a reservation & weren't going to be able to check in until after midnight. We called to let them know the timing. They said it would be ok & we would still have a room. When we showed up at about 1:45am, our room wasn't available. They said that our reservation had been moved to the following day. The concierge didn't offer any solutions or help in cancelling/refunding except to call a neighboring hotel. We had also called before making the reservation to make sure a room that said it could sleep 5 really could. During that phone call, we were told yes, it had 2 queens & a pull-out couch. When we were talking with the concierge about what rooms might work, we were then told that the double queens didn't have pull-out couches. We were still charged for the stay. When we tried to reach someone at the hotel the next day, they listened to the story, asked to put me on hold, & left me there with no further communication for almost an hour (we were still on the drive home, so I had the time to wait). I have photos & screenshots of the reservation confirmations & being left on hold. I then called Marriott directly & we are currently working with them to receive a refund.

needs upgrading......the tub was peeling and there was an odd odd in the hall. there was no one at the front to check in...waited quite awhile. The bed was comfortable though and the tv worked.

Our keys did not work when we got to our room. However, Jenny from housekeeping let us in our room and even went downstairs to get new key cards. She was so helpful and polite!

The staff was outstanding and the facilities were great!! I especially appreciated the large shower and bathroom lighting. Also, the staff was very eager to help when our room only had two beds when we had 6 occupants. They kindly comped us a second room across the hall and were super curious while doing so.

Pool was not heated as advertised.

The staff was very kind and the property and room was quite clean. However, the bed wasn’t great, the pillows were awful, and the breakfast was almost inedible. I know continental breakfasts aren’t usually high quality, but this was truly the worst. The display was clean and nice, so I’m only speaking to the quality of the food.

clean room and big I couldnt get the right temperature in the room. I messed with the theromast. It did not have a TV guide for the channels.

It was loud when the guests on the upper room walk or run around.
-
Very well kept. The reception was fantastic. Our room was very clean and comfortable. It was very nice

The staff was rude obnoxious and nasty. There was no WiFi and after going over it 3 times they said too bad they will fix it tomorrow.

We were there for a family reunion, in a total of 3 rooms. Loud people next door and below us kept us all awake until after 1:00 am. We were talking about it at breakfast and some other guests were commenting on it as well.

When I arrived at the property, I was told that my room was not available. I had booked a queen suite 10 months prior to the stay. I asked for a partial refund, and the manager refused. They wanted to give me two rooms instead of a suite. I was traveling with my son and didn’t want him staying alone. I was given the excuse of being overbooked and then another excuse that there was water damage to the room. When I arrived, there was not a manger on site.

Difficulty controlling room temperature. Loud room neighbors

Nothing. They cancelled my reservation with no warning and it was paid for in December The staff could not explain to me who cancelled the reservation. They only stated they were “over” booked
