Nice place to stop for the night. Good breakfast in the morning. Good comfortable beds.
-
Easy to park and staying one night was good. They had breakfast and the staff were helpful.
-
It was in a great location. The beds could be more comfortable, it was like sleeping on a rock, and the hot tub had way too much chlorine and was very nasty.

Clean Quiet and staff super friendly All Good

Staff was very nice. However, the room we had is had a huge stain on the floor and the bed had either bed bug poop or another type of insect poop. The pool wasn't filtered properly so it had a ton of hair and dirt in the water. The hot tub has a film all the way around it and the foam was so thick you couldn't see the water. We ended up leaving afraid of getting bed bugs.

close to event na

Elevator kept malfunctioning; room smelled like vomit and the patio was littered with cigarette butts and chairs were falling apart. Room was clean enough but would definitely not stay here again.
-
Very nice indoor pool. The elevator was acting up now & then, but we figured out how to get it useable. Nice beds.

The staff were very nice/ friendly. Our room was gross and stunk.

The staff were so courteous and kind! Pool and hot tub were open. I got in the hot tub turned on jets and got in! Later after foam was everywhere I called the front desk. They sent maintenance right away. Maintenance told me they put chemicals in and didn’t follow the correct steps. So instead of correcting they closed the pool and hot tub. The patio area was in need of repair. But the manager let us know that he was preparing to paint and had already purchased new furniture. I was really looking forward to relaxing. Unfortunately I didn’t get too!

The staff, the location the fresh baked cookies. The walls were seemingly thin could hear noise all night , the beds could of been a little more comfortable

This was one of the best places I’ve stayed in a long time. The staff was amazingly accommodating to a mom traveling with her child alone, whose car was having trouble. They let us have an early checkin, a late checkout and gave my daughter a special treat. Ed has been working with this company since he was 16 and you can tell he loves his job. 10/10 recommend

Enjoyed talking to the manager and staff.

It was very nice and clean. We got there late so the staff had already checked us in. We could go straight to our room and sleep. I was very pleased.

We were charged by the Hotels.com website as well as the hotel - still trying to sort this mess out :( Other than that all was fine a little dated but being charged twice and having to try to sort that out is a pain in the butt.
-
Close to where we needed to be. The room seemed just a little dirty. And the ceiling looked like it was going to fall in at a certain point above the bed by the window.
-
It was clean and close to the highway The windows rattled a bit in the room and the wind was howling! The breakfast, I couldn’t eat any of the hot food as it was all covered in black pepper and I am allergic. I feel black pepper can be added later as a condiment, it’s so unnecessary to cover food in black pepper
