Room was very clean, especially for a pet friendly hotel. Breakfast had a large selection of items and had staff monitoring when more needed to be added. Overall, very nice and easy after a full day of traveling

They placed in a room that apparently had a water leak in the ceiling and drywall was missing. The door looked like someone tried to break in at some point. There was a funny smell. Overall, it was ok, but not what I expected from a Holiday Inn Express.

The breakfast was great on this day. We stayed at the same hotel going down to vacation and the breakfast was poor. No cinnamon rolls, one piece of white bread, no biscuits, eggs, and sausage gravy (this was at 9am-30 minutes before breakfast ended. We went at 8-30 on this day so the breakfast was fully loaded. The hot tub was being worked on so was happy they let us swim in pool, but was afraid the kids were going to upset the repair on the hot tub.

Easy to park and staying one night was good. They had breakfast and the staff were helpful.

It was in a great location. The beds could be more comfortable, it was like sleeping on a rock, and the hot tub had way too much chlorine and was very nasty.

Staff was very nice. However, the room we had is had a huge stain on the floor and the bed had either bed bug poop or another type of insect poop. The pool wasn't filtered properly so it had a ton of hair and dirt in the water. The hot tub has a film all the way around it and the foam was so thick you couldn't see the water. We ended up leaving afraid of getting bed bugs.

Elevator kept malfunctioning; room smelled like vomit and the patio was littered with cigarette butts and chairs were falling apart. Room was clean enough but would definitely not stay here again.

Very nice indoor pool. The elevator was acting up now & then, but we figured out how to get it useable. Nice beds.
