Pool was gorgeous, and fitness rooms was had all the machines needed for a great workout. Only downside was no restaurant on site, but there was a little plaza very close that had a grocery store and several restaurants available.
-
The location the pools and the layout… also the bed was comfortable and the shower was good Several dishes were dirty and one of the bedsheets was visibly dirty and the overall cleanliness I would give a C. The staff was nice and responsive but it should’ve been cleaner from the start
-
Note: AC is shut off centrally until you call the front desk!

The rooms were in need of repair, they had mold in the bathroom and they need some serious cleaning.
-
Our unit was located in a terrible spot - right by the food trucks and the staff/laundry facilities. It wasn't clean and lacked necessary amenities for a condo.
-
Location and room size. Staff was also very friendly The air conditionings were visibly moldy so we could not use them. This caused the room to have a really musty odor. They ran out of towel pretty much every day- both room towels and pool towels. The toilet had an issue flushing and rather than sending maintenance they dropped off a plunger.

We spoke to the front desk twice, but nothing was resolved. We finally resorted to banging on the ceiling. That is our only complaint, otherwise the property was beautiful, clean and well maintained.

Walking around the area was nice with beautiful scenery. Food trucks in the complex provided options for both food and coffee. There were two swimming pools and hot tubs in different areas so it didn't feel crowded. Both pools looked amazing. They also offered events to participate in as well on different days. Food and grocery shopping was near by and good location to get to the north shore plus easy walking distance to the hidden beach.

Clean, convenient and excellent services

Pools were very good, there was a kids area in each one. Split A/C units in the bedrooms. Kitchen very well stocked with cookware. Food trucks on site were very convenient. Excellent location. Was not able to check-in on time. Was not called when room was ready either. Asked for pool towels one morning and there were apparently none available because housekeeping was washing them all. Poor cell signal in the area.

Clean room, all the necessities of cooking in your condos are all there( no need to go out and eat outside in a restaurant which saves you $$ ) and very nice staff. They even let us stay a couple of hours from the original check out time of 10am since our flight is not until the evening.

As long as you stay firm and avoid the attempts to get you to attend a time share presentation on check-in, great place to stay! Location very convenient for shuttle to Princeville shuttle to Haena park and easy drive to Hanalei and local beaches.

The apartment was very spacious with a lovely garden view. It was a well equipped kitchen, a comfortable bed, and a nice balcony to sit on. The facility has 2 pools which are both beautiful and the location is really great. There are roosters in the area (as with all areas of Kauai) who will wake you up at 4-6am. Also, on check-in, the staff will try to get you to sign up for a time share, which is a little odd, but no big deal.

The resort is beautiful and the amenities were top notch. It is a convenient location for the north shore of the island

The location, the amenities, the food trucks, the pool areas, the maintenance staff. We had bugs in our apartment, even after maintenance sprayed twice, we still had ants all over the kitchen

It's essentially a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment in a manicured development near Hanalei. It was a decent home base for exploring the north side. I felt the price matched the overall value. It isn't a hotel, and that isn't super clear from the description online. It isn't very clear how you'd categorize this place. I guess they are technically condos, but Wyndham facilitates the private owners renting them out as short term vacation rentals and as timeshares. It was very confusing, the takeaway is: 1. Don't go in expecting the typical amenities of a hotel; and 2. They are going to attempt some bizarre, incomprehensible sales pitch at check-in, presumably for some sort of timeshare operation. The language they used was so strangely crafted (I'm guessing by their lawyers) that the person pushing it seemed to lose the plot herself. There were vague offers of gifts and discounts, but once it was obvious to her that we were not going to entertain the idea, she quickly gave up and we were never bothered about it again. This was all done at a separate desk from check in where we were sent to get our parking pass. Seriously bizarre.

Generally the stay was great. Check in was less than pleasant when told we had to pay for A/C and an extra tax. Our package said all was included. It did get resolved a couple days later. Also concierge when we got there was too much since we had been up for almost 24 hours. Felt pressure to do a time share sales pitch. We did cancel it the next day since we had no interest . Parking spaces were tight made it hard to load and unload luggage

Definitely the food trucks and the pool That it wasn’t in front to access beach easily
