Given that check in is at 4pm. A 10am check-out or an 11am late checkout seemed inflexible. Staff however was friendly and stored our things until our departure.

Quiet and beautiful… this is a timeshare property so we were asked twice to go to a presentation, but did not have to. I guess I didn’t know that when I booked this property.

The jets in the therapy jacuzzi are broken. Not a problem, because they worked at the other hot tub. The rooms were not very clean: lots of dust, not cleaned in corners, tub and shower needed to be cleaned before use. There was no visit to restock items or tidy up the room. :( When we asked for restocked items, they were not delivered. The freaking roosters. Just kidding. There’s nothing that can be done there, but the 4 am wake up call was great for getting an early start to the day. Lol! Maybe a full time rooster tamer who bands their beaks shut? Just. Kidding! More positives: the soaps smelled amazing, and were nice quality. Very convenient, since mine were taken by baggage check. :( The staff: so helpful and kind! With the exception of not restocking our amenities and room cleanliness, everyone was fantastic! Besides on whoopsie by the concierge, where we were told to enjoy our mother/daughter trip (my friend and I are the same age. Lol!). This would have been a bonus, if I wasn’t flagged as the old one. 😂 Location: prime! Gorgeous lookouts, paths, waterfalls, hikes, beaches, restaurants, activities, Thank you for a wonderful experience, and memories that we will always treasure.

Stayed 6 nights at this property. Overall it was a good stay. The property grounds and amenities are wonderful! One of the best pools I’ve seen. The location is perfect. Just 8-10 mins to Hanalei where you can find the BEST food. Princeville has a nice grocery store (pricey though) and a few restaurants. There are daily food trucks on the property. We got a smoothie and açaí bowl, both were excellent!! Can’t speak for the other food trucks but the food smelled good. Inside the property was pretty clean. Everything you need in the kitchen. The units are spacious. HOWEVER- the bathrooms need some serious remodeling and updating. There are no fans in the bathrooms so they’re miserably hot and stuffy. Towels hanging on the towel rack will never dry due to zero air flow. We had to put everything in the dryer. There was a good bit of mold and mildew on the walls in our master bath. We would likely stay here again but these units desperately need some attention in the bathrooms. Otherwise, they’re amazing.

My family had the best time! We can’t wait to come again. Hannah-Rose and Josephine made sure we can everything we needed, very responsive with questions and requests.

It was such a beautiful location. Better than I even expected. It was so clean and felt like a home away fromHome.

Quiet, beautiful, and perfect for our trip. Too short of a stay!!

Location, spacious villa, plenty of amenities, accommodated a slightly early check in, beautiful surroundings, clubhouse, pools, etc. The area outside of the resort is beautiful by day, but lack of lighting makes an evening walk hard. No housekeeping, but extra amenities were brought on demand really fast. Other than that, hard to find any thing that wasn’t great

Our patio overlooked the large a/c units for the lobby, fitness room etc. It made it noisy to sit on the patio, so we just didn't sit out there, as conversation was difficult to hear.

The grounds were beautiful. The unit we stayed in was convenient to the pool and lobby. There was a good deal of maintenance work going on when we were there, from general upkeep to resurfacing the parking lots, but none of the work impacted us during our stay. The unit we stayed in was clean and comfortable, and everything worked. There were three a/c units, which made sleeping a dream. The location was amazing for the north side of the island, with short drives to Anini Beach and Hanalei Bay in the other direction. We loved our 3 bedroom villa with huge lanai! Everything about our stay was great ! So awesome the property had food carts !! The pools are beautiful! No complaints!!!!!

We got a corner lower unit that was across from the food trucks. Unit was spacious and clean. Well equipped with all the kitchen amenities although we didn’t cook much. Food trucks was a good alternative from cooking. We ate at the shrimp and the Asian place. Both were great alternatives from cooking especially when on vacation. Had an issue on check in but gave us food vouchers as compensation and then on our 3rd day we had a water leak coming from the ceiling that was fixed right away. Staff responds right away via text for any issues.

Out condo was bare bones with only the basic kitchen items, was on the ground floor with a view of the parking lot. It was dark and the lanai was unusable. Ask for 2nd floor unit.
