Club Wyndham Bali Hai Villas

We loved our 3 bedroom villa with huge lanai! Everything about our stay was great ! So awesome the property had food carts !! The pools are beautiful! No complaints!!!!!

We got a corner lower unit that was across from the food trucks. Unit was spacious and clean. Well equipped with all the kitchen amenities although we didn’t cook much. Food trucks was a good alternative from cooking. We ate at the shrimp and the Asian place. Both were great alternatives from cooking especially when on vacation. Had an issue on check in but gave us food vouchers as compensation and then on our 3rd day we had a water leak coming from the ceiling that was fixed right away. Staff responds right away via text for any issues.

Out condo was bare bones with only the basic kitchen items, was on the ground floor with a view of the parking lot. It was dark and the lanai was unusable. Ask for 2nd floor unit.

The room was adequately cleaned however upon close inspection with with flash light and a 365nm uv light there where areas of concern in the master bedroom, so we removed the sheets and washed them in the provided washer. The room with the queen bed had clean sheets and showed no signs of soiled sheets but its dressers middle door falls out when opened past half way. We had a circut breaker go out in the second room halfway through. Several of the plugs in the rooms didnt work and some of them caused chargers to get extremely hot. Also on our 2nd to last day they resprayed the parking lot with assault sealant and repainted the lines. It was not a pleasant smell and all windows had to be closed and AC used. We booked our trip 6 months in advance and our returning flight left 10pm. From the beginning and along all the stages of the stay we attempted to secure the paid late check out, but were denide because the room was immediately booked the same day we checked out. Which would not be much of a problem because they offer to keep your bags for you and use the pool, food trucks, owners lounge and other amenities until you have to leave for your flight. Except that day they were spraying sealant in front of the clubhouse where the pool and all the amenities are and the trucks were closed. The location is great, and most of the staff were very friendly. It's great when traveling with kids because there's air conditioning in the rooms and the pool is designed for children.

The staff were all friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was clean and well-prepared when we arrived. The free parking was a great bonus and made everything more convenient. One of the highlights of our stay was relaxing on our balcony while enjoying the beautiful view of Mt. Waialeale. It was peaceful, scenic, and the perfect place to unwind. We had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again. We will definitely comeback. My teenage girls had a great time.

They overbooked our room and didn’t tell us we didn’t have a place to stay until a couple of hours before check in.

Good location. Parking is easy. Disappointed with the check in. I called few days before to make sure we check in smoothly. The receptionist told us we can come as early as 3pm and they will help us. We waited till past 4pm to get our room keys. Receptionist that day is not even updating me. I had to check reception few times to ask if the room is ready. Food truck available was bad. We put an order for smoothies there were five people behind us and they all got their order before us so I approached the cashier and she had an attitude and told me we go by the list. And how can the other five people behind me got their order first and left while me and my family are still waiting. On check out day. We were woken up at 7am by the housekeeper. Pretending to check if we check out already. Check out is at 10am. The bathrooms have hair all over the floor. On first day kids are screaming by the swimming pool at 9pm I had to call the desk. Since they said 8pm is quiet time in the pool. Otherwise they have accommodated my request for more dish soap and laundry detergents which I appreciate.

We loved the location and the convenience of having a kitchen and washer/dryer, as well as access to the fitness center. Kids loved the treats like popcorn and shave ice. This was a wonderful place to stay and we would gladly come back.

Absolutely beautiful place. Our 2 bedroom was huge and a simple but well set up kitchen. Balconies, one with table seating and a private one off bedroom #2, offered great quiet outdoor spaces for dining, morning coffee and relaxing. AC kept the whole place cool and comfy. The Pool is amazing and perfect for a cool-off dip. Easy, plentiful parking.

We had a comfortable stay at Club Wyndham Bali Hai Resort. The room was spacious and clean and the amenities were great, although we didn’t get to enjoy much of I since we had been out and about. Parking was a bit challenging every night when we arrived. The staff were very nice, helpful and professional. I thought, service could be better, like picking up trash when requested. You are expected to empty the trash when it’s full and take it to the dumpsters yourself. The room need updating. The furnitures were old, you also have to make sure you have ac when you booked the condo. My family and I was glad to have that. Over all we had a wonderful stay.

The rooms were spacious with all the amenities and we loved enjoyed our stay here!

We found a cockroach in our bathroom and were without air conditioning for a day. No one fixed the problem until 24 hours later, which was a problem.

The property was beautiful. The staff was amazing. I honestly feel like that bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in besides my own definitely a 10/10.

The Wi-Fi did not work very well. The check-in process was challenging because I needed to get on my phone and the wifi did not work. Check-in took 25 minutes. The staff kept my credit card and license when I checked in and forgot to return them to me and I had to drive back to the front desk to get my credit card and license.
