One thing we really appreciated was that the hotel communicates through text, which made everything incredibly convenient. It was easy to ask questions, get updates, and communicate with the staff throughout our stay. What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. We traveled with a medically sensitive child with special needs, and after learning about our daughter, they went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable throughout our stay. Their kindness and genuine care meant so much to our family. The young lady at the front desk, whose name I unfortunately didn’t get, was especially amazing. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and made us feel right at home. We truly appreciated the outstanding hospitality and would absolutely stay here again.

Amenities were good, staff were very friendly, no ac in room but still felt fine. One of the window screens was a little open and rooms could have been a little cleaner but a good stay overall.

The property was under renovation, something we didn't learn until arrival. While the work wasn't overly disruptive, seeing broken concrete, construction materials, and caution tape was not the vacation atmosphere we expected. We specifically booked a two-bedroom condo because we needed the extra space. Unfortunately, the second bedroom was locked when we arrived, and we had to contact staff to have it opened. Another surprise was that our unit was on the third floor with stair-only access. At my age, my knees were not happy about that climb several times each day. The condo itself was very worn. The couch and bed were well past their prime, and there were multiple signs of poor housekeeping. The layout was nice, but shortly before our trip we were informed there would be no air conditioning. Kauai cools off at night, but the unit was uncomfortable during the day. Several lamps also didn't work. At checkout, we were instructed to take out our own trash. I'm not above helping out, but at roughly $350 per night, I don't expect to be doing housekeeping duties. The golf course was closed, and the timeshare sales pitch began immediately after arrival. This property has potential, but in its current condition I would not stay here again. The best part of the visit was leaving.

We had a termite issue in our kitchen that couldn’t be resolved while we were in it. They offered to move us but we decided to just deal with the cleaning the counters and stove top rather than move to a less desirable unit. One pool, the nicest one, was not open for several days during our stay. The property was reasonably priced.

Will stay here again.

No AC, no parking, very poor water pressure in shower.

The pool area was nice; however, the hot tub was non-functional until the last day of our trip. Additionally, the pool was unheated until the last day of our stay. The room was very small and dated. The advertised square footage included the outdoor patio. The 350 sq ft advertised was actually 250 sq ft of living space. Very, very tight for 2 adults. This was our second stay at the facility (2022). The staff treated us differently this time around as were not Wyndham members. Be prepared to rent beach equipment and purchase towels as needed.

Definitely spring for the one bedroom it has a wrap around deck and is about 4 times the size of the studio and includes a kitchen. I was lucky enough to have an ocean view it was amazing. Close to great walking trails. Windows and deck needed a little work but they are set to remodel this year. The hot tub was out of order during my stay.

Clean and well kept Location of room was by the road snd noisy

Club Wyndem was an excellent place to stay. Convenient, Clean with good amenities.

We never used laundry service. Room had no closet, thus no where to hang clothes.
-
The floors were dirty. The curtains were stained and moldy. The living room furnishings were very uncomfortable. If we hadn't gotten such a good deal on it, I would be mad. But I figured there had to be a catch and we were very last minute booking.

Very old property and although they look like they’re about to remodel it, it doesn’t have the same amenities as neighboring Properties. The hot tub was down for our visit with no options to use sisters resort. Probably would never stay here again. The staff was nice.

Beautiful facility, clean rooms, nice pool. And, staff is very helpful !
-
The kitchen comes with the basic amenities, but none of the things that you would need like oil or anything past salt and pepper.
-
Tge staff were excellent The shower area the curtain allowed alot of water to get on the floor. Tge floor had mold on the bottom

The grounds were well maintained. The one bedroom unit was very large. The extra large deck offered a 180 degree view. A little outdated but renovations are planned.

Location and landscaping were great. Outdated room which smelled old. Indifferent and unfriendly front desk staff. Main pool was broken, though it was set to be fixed during our stay, it never was. Supplemental pool was small and overcrowded.

Great location for the quiet rest I sought. Staff were helpful, and I enjoyed several classes with Hawaiian cultural activities. It was sad not to have the main pool and especially the hot tub available, but I knew it was under maintenance when I reserved my room. Very nice bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The property was quiet snd I walked to many nearby places, and took the bus to others.

Staff were amazing. Only down fall was main pool was under repair. Was not able to use during down time. Otherwise the place was great. Roosters like to crow at 3:00 am.
