The Cliffs at Princeville

Literally the most beautiful property with ocean views and so many fun things to do. The pool was so beautiful and kid friendly. The resort had so many fun things they offered, and we had so much fun!

We stayed in July 2026 at Princeville and we lived it. The condo was beautiful, clean and spacious with everything we needed in the kitchen. We loved the terrace with the garden view. Parking was right in the front of our building, the property well mentioned and the view from the cliff is breath taking. The people at the front desk very welcoming, nice and helpful. We would go back there any time.

Lastly, The amount The Cliffs charged me was not the total that was provided from Expedia. The Cliffs charged me more. I would not recommend staying here now knowing all this information now.

The staff was really accommodating and professional. The unit was spacious and had everything we needed. The whole complex is really nice and well maintained, great ocean views, specially during sunset!

A great place to stay. Spacious one bedroom unit with two full bathrooms and comfortable large couch bed perfect for four. Large kitchen with everything needed for a week of food prep. Ample parking. Beautiful tropical pool complex with adult pool & spa separate from larger pool. Lots of activities- basketball, tennis, pickle ball, putting green. Tropical landscaping all around with great garden views from lanai. BBQs and picnic tables - perfect for a gathering with family and friends. And large cliff area grassy plateau with anorak chairs and hammock for sitting to enjoy the ocean view, sunrise to sunset.

Staff was so nice and helpful. Happy to talk about our plans and answer questions. The kitchen has everything we needed to cook good meals.

Beautiful overlook of the cliffs! We enjoyed the two lanais and having in unit laundry and a kitchen was very convenient for traveling as a family. The unit was very spacious. Would stay here again!

Really nice stay, great location, nice room and grounds, this place had everything you might need. Very friendly staff, we had great time.

Very nice sort of 70’s place clean and very well decorated (aka traditional Hawaiian decor… very South Pacific). Will definitely come again!!!!!

Clean place. Location was great. The staff was not all friendly. Provided me WRONG information. I had informed the front desk about having them hold my luggage in the morning and when that time came, the office was closed. However there was a gentleman sitting in the desk not at all wanting to help me. I tried taking to him and all he kept saying was that the office was closed. I had a scheduled pick up time and could not miss it so I left all my belongings inside my rental vehicle. I was highly dissatisfied. Would not recommend even though the facilities were clean and nice .

Great location and suites are clean and beautiful. Staff was friendly and helpful at check in.

Loved the big rooms (stayed in a 1-bedroom unit), lots of space and natural light. Having two lanais was awesome for the cross breeze. The bed was incredibly comfortable! Sunset viewing area was so nice. There’s no air conditioning which may be a deterrent for some, but on a cool evening we had no issues.

Excellent accommodation by the ocean. We received a complimentary upgrade and had an enormous amount of space. The apartment was very clean, beautifully located, and extremely well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed, including ground coffee and tea. Beach chairs and beach towels were also provided. Stunning view from the balcony where we had breakfast every morning. The gym wasn’t well equipped, extremely narrow and many broken parts at the machines. The apartment has no air condition, but many ceiling and floor fans. We let the balcony doors open and the fresh breeze kept the rooms cool.

Loved it!! The coffee truck was such a treat. Such great coffee. The owner was so kind. Everyone was nice when we checked in and invited us to a my Thai reception which we really enjoyed. Love the hot tub and the pool.

The grounds are beautiful and peaceful.

The suite was very nice & very clean. Having the full kitchen & balcony with the table & chairs made it nice to eat outside. The view was exceptional.

2nd time there and will be back! Wonderful place to stay if you’re on the Northside of Kauai!

Good location and nice grounds. Kitchen and washer/dryer were helpful features. The hotel is one of the stops on the Hanalei shuttle route. No elevator to the third floor and no AC. The receptionist had difficulty finding my reservation.
