This was a very nice hotel with an outdoor pool and free breakfast which were my 2 criteria! The only drawback is the covered parking lot which costs extra and it is a little walk to get back to the hotel. I would definitely stay here again since it is also conveniently located next to many restaurants and a lovely downtown, very walkable and safe feeling. The backdrop of the surrounding mountains gives it a special feel of elegance mixed with nature.

Late checkin was quick and easy. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a good mix of offerings, however the presentation was unappetizing for some. The coffee was good and my stay overall very pleasant. The room was not very clean (urine under the toilet seat), smudges on the mirrors & glass, bottle cap on the floor. Overall the room was not by any means well cleaned. The air conditioning was pretty noisy but I got used to it. The breakfast buffet was off-putting. The berry compote looked incredibly unappetizing and the eggs & potatoes were mostly cold. Overall the arrangement and presentation of food was not appetizing.

The breakfast was so good - especially the possibility to make a yogurt bowl. The parking was easy and nicely explained upon arrival. The location in downtown.

There are no water bottles in the room. No Glass cups. Shower is not good.

I had stayed there before without issue and everything was fine despite parking being frustrating. The manager on duty, not the GM, was extremely rude and refused us service on a following stay over a minor noise complaint for my wife and I sharing a laugh inside our room.
