Very nice property . The room was great and nice bar area to sit and relax. We decided to eat dinner there. The clerk that had checked us in took our food order which we thought was strange. No bartender or waiter in the bar area. It took a long time to get the food. My wings were great but my husbands chicken sandwich took longer and was tough and dry. We did mentioned to the gentleman who took our order. I think a hotel of this status should have had a bartender or waiter and/or chef??? Did the hotel clerk make our food???? I think so.

My only complaint was the parking. Not ideal, and elevators didn’t work in the parking garage. Everything else was great, breakfast was amazing, room was clean, spacious and quiet.

Great downtown Provo location. Walkable to restaurants. Pool was great. Breakfast felt fancy and was delicious.

The staff was nice and super helpful, especially Olivia. The housekeeping could be a little better. Better vaccuming and cleaning of bathrooms which I did let the staff know about. Close to center of Provo. Available parking for $10 a day. Continental breakfast was appreciated.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Just needed more meal options from the onsite restaurant. Room service would also be a great thing to add.
