I was traveling by myself and felt very safe. Easy to find. Minor, but garage height is restrictive. I have a RAV4 with a rocket box, and I could barely fit. Staff was helpful in giving me an alternative exit.

We had hoped for an early check in, but the room Wes not available until about an hour after the normal check in time. The property was otherwise quite nice and centrally located.

This beautiful modern hotel in downtown Provo has an attached indoor parking , a bar and a restaurant - which was great since we arrived on a Sunday afternoon when everything else was closed. The room was very clean as was the indoor pool and Sauna . The bar and restaurant service was good. The daily charge for parking your car, especially on the weekend seemed excessive .

Didn’t even get to stay. Refused service for another guest complaining about us laughing too loud at our previous stay. Never notified, they blamed booking saying you all canceled the reservation, and we never got our money back and nobody told us we were going to be refused. I’ve been traveling for 20+ years and I’ve never had anything even close to this happen.

Rooms were nice and clean. Overall pretty quiet and relaxing. I wish the pool was a bit bigger as later in the day it got a bit packed with families. Overall a nice stay!

The room was very outdated and gross. The blinds wouldn’t open very dim and not enough light in the room and the shower handle sprayed everywhere
