The staff were so friendly and welcoming I’ll be back! I loved this property!

Location was perfect for our trip. Beds were comfortable and just right for our corgi to sleep under. Enjoyed the hot water (most places don't have water hot enough for me) The TV was complicated to use. Spent a lot of time figuring out how to change channels and some things never worked properly. Also having two remotes was confusing.

Close to BYU Dingyroom. Sink wouldn't drain. Floors dirty. Walls dirty. Tv wouldn't work. No hair dryer.

It is a very laid back / peaceful place to stay a couple nights

The owner was very kind about us getting there late at night. It was late at night and we were super tired. It was cold and the heater wouldn't even come on. They had to know and assigned us that room anyways. The sheets were dirty and stained and had holes in them.

VJ the proprietor was very nice No towels in room had to go to desk and get some . For a non smoking room I found it interesting the duvet cover had cigarettes burns in it .

absolutely awful hotel I left and did not stay and had to incur the cost of another hotel dirty, rundown, terrible neighborhood, TV only got a few stations.

The beds and pillows were comfortable and slept well.

There was nothing to like at this place. It was extremely difficult to turn into the property. It appeared it was in the middle of a much needed remodel. It was difficult to get into the lobby. There was a small sign to ring a bell that was nowhere close to the sign. The place was stinky. The place was a dump. My wife described accurately as a stinky hell hole. They could not get the card from Booking.com to work. So then we had no place to stay unless we paid twice with our credit card. I tried repeatedly to contact booking.com to get this straightened out. Only received AI answer which were not helpful. I will never use Booking.com again.

Location Sheets were not clean

Bed was comfortable and shower water was hot. NO internet (in essence), loud construction right outside door until 8:20 pm, horribly ugly and outdated room.

The staff was very helpful and had a positive attitude, made me feel welcomed So far enjoyed my stay nothing I didn't like

Nothing !! It looks like a motel that you would rent by the hour, if you get my meaning ! There was hair in the tub, I couldn’t get the tub to drain, there was no place to hang my clothes……the only good thing was the A/C….

non-functioning shower and bathtub. no closet space, no dresser for clothes, one plugin away from bed. couldn't have cell phone or Ipad plugged in and near bed. inconvenient. The bed wall had not one plugin. Stupid!!
