I ended up not staying because the whole reason we’re got it was for the hot tub and pool and neither were open. They wouldn’t reffing my money either!!!

Booked online, I chose this spot for the pool, hot tub, and free hot breakfast (how i always choose my hotel). This Days Inn showed all of these to be present. The lobby area still reminded me of the good ol days but as soon as my Wife and I walked up to the front desk, the guy there stood up and walked into his office due to a phone call. He didn't wave, say hello, be right back or anything. Ok. We waited a few minutes until he came back. No smile or welcoming communication at all. A very unfriendly mannered. So i used my customer service skills hoping he'd mimmick but no change and no care to. Checked in, we were booked into about the farthest room you could walk to in the hotel (which is ok). Came back to grab my luggage and he was actually verbally fighting with a guest! Basically letting this person know that he needs to be respected and understood. The customer was a frail older woman who looked down on her luck. The reasoning I chose this hotel, the pool and hot tub were closed and the hot breakfast was non existent. No working ice machines. When I asked about the pool, he looked at me like I did something wrong, then proceeded to get ready to cancel my nights stay. It was too late for that so we kept the room. The room was decent but was still under construction. Has potential if the hotel gets bought by someone who cares.

The one thing that we chose this hotel for was the Hot tub and pool. I looked all over the web site and there was no mention that it was out of order. I found out when I was checking in... They said it was down for cleaning but when you look through the window it had cleared been non functioning for months if not longer... Then when I was checking in because I live in town I had to put down a cash deposit of $100. This to was not on there website anyplace... The ac in the room did not work well it was more like a fan rather than an AC... When I tried to call the front desk there was no answer... This was supposed to be a relaxing night for me and my wife away from the kids and just to have some us time...

Hard beds. Smelled bad and dirty. AC in room didnt work. Definitely one of the worst hotels I have stayed at.
-
Old kind of ran down. AC extreme load. Room was smoked in. Not the cleanest.

Just don’t go. We didn’t even stay. The two rooms they put us in were absolutely nasty. The manager was nice enough and provided a refund but the conditions of the hotel from maintenance to cleanliness to ungodly smells were deplorable.

It was very nice and doggie friendly. Great staff too.

The hot tub was out of order. Skimpy breakfast. Overall it was ok, but most likely won't stay there again.

The motel is aging and a lot of things need updating. The water in the sink dripped constantly, lights didn’t work, switches didn’t work, light plate covers were broken, arm to chair was broken. The AC needed Freon or replaced as it struggled. The staff was extremely pleasant, the room and common areas were very clean. Parking was adequate. Room was reserved 5 months prior and reconfirmed 2 days prior to, yet had to work with manager to get first floor room that was requested as there is no elevator to the 2nd floor and I was in a walking foot due to a broken foot.

Staff was friendly

First time I’ve ever made a loop through the parking lot and said oh hell no we ain’t staying there. Very rundown. Half the windows were open so I doubt the AC works. There were a few unsavory looking characters having a tailgate social in the parking lot to top it off. We never even checked in and they refused us a refund. I was ok with taking the loss and finding a safer place to stay.

Room was clean. The AC was fantastic. The plumbing was really bad. Toilet was at a slant and only occasionally flushed all the way. The ceiling in the bathroom started leaking from a room upstairs and maintenance had to be alerted (they got the water upstairs shut off quickly). The sink dripped constantly. Would not stay there again.

Hot tub was broken, pool area is filled with what looks like removed carpet or something from a remodel. Charged me double for the pet fee
-
One pool for very large complex. Not close.
-
Service was awful. Cigarette burn holes in the quilt and the room smelled of pickles and smoke. We had specifically asked for a non smoking room. When the front desk was told about the burn holes, no accommodation was offered. We stayed for three hours before we checked out. Front desk lady was awful
