The dryer is always broken, they have ants, The female staff are wonderful but the Asian male is a jerk. I will never stay there again because he is so rude and obviously doesn’t want guests because he treats them so badly

This place is terrible. The floors are disgusting, the carpets are completely worn out and should have been replaced 10 years ago. The door mats look like they should be in a mechanics shop, worn out and full of grease and grime. When we pulled back our sheets there was hair and stains on the white sheets. We ended up leaving and not staying. Find another place to stay. This place is nasty.

Your staff was very friendly and helpful. Place is a bit run down and kept having to reprogram the key to our room.

it was barely passable as adequate. the place didn't feel clean, the breakfast was just waffles and cereal, when you advertise "free breakfast" there should be more breakfast food, like eggs, bacon or sausage, orange juice. maybe my standards were too high, sorry

Nothing Hotel is not updated there was no hot tub and hotel room was really dirty with no compensation

Pleasant and accommodating. Needed more electrical outlets or extension cords. My husband and I have several medical things that need electrical outlets and they were not available

Front desk staff was friendly enough and check in was so-so. The room itself was a place to sleep. The pet fee was acceptable at $15 but the amenities were broken down. The coffee machine didn’t work and the hair dryer was poor. The continental breakfast was much to be desired.

Toilet overflowed and flooded the room. Staff had no mops available. If we didn't have two rooms we would have been stuck waiting for staff to resolve the issue.
