Very clean, quiet, safe, friendly and close to restaurants and shopping. Staff were very helpful parking was very close and convenient. Definitely wil be our favorite place to stay in the future.

Rooms are quiet,clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and a great variety of food. Our favorite place to stay when we are in town.

There were 3 of us staying for 2 nights. We had to request 3 washcloths. We left a note but when we called again later we were told that the cleaning staff do not read or speak English. Maybe they should be trained to inquire about what a note says. The refrigerator had left over food and the bottom shelf had something spilled all over it from the people who stayed in that room sometime before us. Again TRAINING is the big thing here that does not seem to be done. Other wise it was an okay place.

Check-in was easy and staff were helpful. Lobby, room, breakfast area were very clean. Beds, pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was adequate, but could be better. It needs some fruit, oatmeal. We did not use other amenities.

AC unit was not working properly and the shower head connection sprayed water everywhere our first night. Staff was great and fixed the following morning. Explained shower issue likely due to pranking by previous occupant.

Everything would have been five stars except for the fact there was constant smoking right at the entrance, which made it difficult for myself and my daughter who has special needs and smoke is something she should stay away from. It was a really wonderful place to stay.
