The room was clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast was good, but not a huge selection. Staff was super kind and helpful

Sheets kept popping off the bed all night because they were too small. No other complaints!

The breakfast could have been a little better.

Nice clean facility, most parking was on a slope, but was fine. Breakfast choices were disappointing after what we were told when we enquired (only one protein choice being scrambled eggs). Potatoes were very spicy. Rooms were spacious and beds comfortable.

People were very nice and helpful, breakfast was very mediocre, tables/chairs dirty, pool and gym were nice and clean. Beds decent, bathroom could’ve been a lot cleaner.

It was quiet and dark for sleeping. You couldn't hear any other people. We were on the second floor. Although I did like the cleanliness of the floors, I prefer to step on a rug when getting it of bed. The breakfast was also weak.

Coffee machine in the lobby makes brown water (barely any hint of coffee taste). The place is new and very clean. The staff was great!

The good thing was it was super clean my main thing I look for in a hotel but I did not enjoy the pool area much and the breakfast was not good at all so

No coffee maker in the room.

The floors in my room were dirty - i could not walk on floor after my shower without the bottom of my feet turning black with dirt . They need to be mopped . Other than that - great experience - thank you Unmapped floors

We were also uncomfortable with several homeless individuals wandering through the lobby area during that time. While we understand hotels can’t control everything happening nearby, the lobby did not feel particularly secure or well-monitored. The room itself was fine, but the lack of front desk coverage and the overall atmosphere in the lobby left us disappointed. I hope management can improve staffing and guest experience at check-in.

Maybe a cheerful person at the desk instead of one that appeared to be sleeping.

I’d spent the previous night at Avid airport in Denver so I was fully aware of what was on offer. It is a “ no frills “ hotel but with great customer service and clean rooms and comfortable beds - the things most people really want.The breakfast had limited options but it’s enough for the average customer to get the day off to a great start. The Man at check in was particularly helpful when I needed some information and all the staff I encountered were helpful and courteous I’m not going to say I didn’t like anything. It’s a positive that the hotel is great value for money.

New, modern, clean, quiet. Breakfast buffet was awesome. All good.
