Terrible overall

The elevator could apply for disability but other than that lovely place

The mouse and rat traps all over the property made my skin crawl.

Dirty. Wanted 300 deposit. Don’t go here. They will try to extort your money bed bugs

The staff were very friendly however The pool was closed which sucked, the tv was broken in my MIL’s room, the toilet barley flushed and she didn’t have shampoo or conditioner

The room was clean and the breakfast was good.

Smelled like cigarette smoke and outdated

Do not recommend.

High crime motel

Only complaint is that their bottle of shower gel, mounted on the shower wall, ran empty halfway through my shower.

Great price for a place to crash for the night, and get a free breakfast. Room and bathroom was updated and clean. Only negative was the old spring mattress was pretty worn and creaky.

I was traveling for medical clinic rotation and needed a place to eat, do some work, sleep and shower. The property overall is in poor condition but I could get past that. The room had no lightbulbs, the microwave was not working nor was the fridge. The internet was also down. I called to ask for someone to look at the issues and was told she could not leave the front desk. I ended up leaving the hotel and found something else. I was told I would not be refunded the stay because I checked in. Do not stay at this hotel.

The beds were comfortable. One room was absolutely perfect. The other had dirt in corners and no shampoo.

Everything was great and the young lady at the desk is super nice and understanding. The property is very much on the cheaper end, price-wise, but the bed is comfortable, the room is clean, and the laundry is clean and functional. This is perfect for working and living temporarily at the Fort Carson Army base. It's a further drive, like 40 minutes to Gate 20, but much less terrible people hanging around the rooms and cars like Colorado Springs. Thank You !

Bed was comfortable, so far a short one night stay it was okay.

The facility and room was clean and well kept for an older hotel. Breakfast was simple but sufficient. Creamer would be a good addition. The only problem I had was the plastic window blinds that had warped from the hot afternoon sun. This prevented there being a lack of full privacy. Besides people being able to see into the room, if they chose to, the outside lighting shown into the room at night and could not be filtered out. This made it hard to sleep. Please replace those blinds! I noticed other windows had different blinds (probably wood) and those rooms would not have this problem.

The beds were ok. The non smoking room smelled like smoke. It didnt even come close to looking like the pictures on the site. The carpet was extremely worn out. The shampoo bottle was half empty from a previous guest. There were a dozen flies in the room. The sink didnt drain. The was a torn up roll of toilet paper on the back of the toilet. We got in late and the clerk was irritated because we interrupted his cigarette break.

A/C couldn’t keep the room cool. Bath was gross, tv was 32 inch

The room was clean and comfortable, however, there were a few items that needed some TLC: flooring, bathroom sink, and handle for the shower.
