The staff were really helpful and very friendly.

This place was terrible. Room was not very clean. Constant foot traffic outside our room all night. Hotel and hotels.com would not work with us to reverse an overcharge done in error. Each blaming the other.

We booked 8 rooms, and our group arrived about an hour before checkin. As a touring band, we stay in hotels constantly, and in our experience, most properties will accommodate an early arrival if rooms are already cleaned. Unfortunately, we were told that no one could check in before 3pm, even though it was obvious that rooms were already available. It's hard to believe every room suddenly became ready exactly at 3p.m. The policy simply created a long line of guests waiting in the lobby, which could have easily been avoided by checking people into rooms as they became available. After a long drive, we requested to use the lobby bathroom and were sent over to the gas station. The lack of flexibility continued at checkout. Around 9:30am, I asked if we could extend our checkout by just one hour. The request was denied. Ironically, the employee explained that they had already had "70 rooms check out early", with only about 30 rooms left to clean. That reasoning actually made the denial even more confusing. If most guests had already checked out and housekeeping had several hours before the next guests could check in at 3:00 p.m., it seemed like granting a one hour extension wouldn't have created any issue. The hotel itself is ok, but the staff appears to be bound by rigid policies that leave little room for common sense or good customer service-I don't blame them. I would not stay here again even though the rooms are fairly priced. Powdered creamer sux

We had stayed at that hotel a few years back. It was a terrible experience. It wasn’t a Travelodge at the time. We since heard from a friend that it was under a new name and ownership. They have done amazing things with the place. It definitely not a 5 star but the room and lobby was clean. A continental breakfast is offered but is a little slim. However there is also an iHop in the parking lot and many other restaurants within walking distance. We chose it because of the easy access. I would stay there again.

There was no maid service during our 3 night stay.

The walls and ceiling were moldy. They eventually gave another room but charged us 10 dollars more. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
-
I am very sensitive to odors. The heavy scent of the deodorizers in the room were overpowering to me and at first gave me a headache which later went away as I grew accustomed to it.

The TV had a full range of channels, the fridge worked and the shower pressure was good This hotel has a TON of rooms. Make sure you get good directions at the desk or you’ll be wandering all over the property looking for your room. Room was just average but OK for the money. Other hotels in Pueblo were generally pricier.

It was very close to the Riverwalk and other places we visited. At a reasonable price. NA

Staff was good. Quick check in. Room needed some repairs

A great value. The room was clean and comfortable. The dining room is outstanding - very large, and bright with floor to ceiling windows and a TV that actually had sound on if you were near it. Plenty of reasonably priced snacks in the lobby. The room amenities are minimal - but adequate. Love that the tub was new, no carpet and no tacky comforter - so felt very clean. The continental breakfast was minimal - but I actually preferred the hard boiled eggs to some of the scrambled eggs from a carton. In addition to the large waffles, they also has a waffle maker for 4 small waffles and strawberry, blueberry and maple syrup toppings. No yogurt and only bananas for fruit. But IHOP and Cracker Barrel are right next door. So convenient. And right off of I25.

The WiFi was horrendous and didn’t work. Front desk was friendly.

Would not recommend. Was given a room where the camera was facing inside when the door was opened. Nasty Stain inside computer desk drawer. Used washcloth on desk. Toilet was running. Bug in bed and dead bugs windows.
