Property was very pet friendly

Unfortunately the TV would not connect to Netflix or YouTube and staff could not fix it. The gym is not a gym. The treadmill did not work and the other two machines look worn out, there were no weights or mats or any other equipment. The cost of the room was good and it was clean. Overall it was Ok but needs a better manager.

phone in room 308 had no dial tone and did not work at all. otherwise my stay was great!

Me and my family have been to multiple places way cheaper in Pueblo and have not had this experience the first room smelt so bad the smoke detector was halfway off the couch had blood which we have pictures of we tried to switch sides and it was worse with stains the microwave had a huge hole they had no towels for the pool area ready second room was not the best either I had to run and grab an air freshener from my mother in law went to take a shower used my shirt to dry off because the towels had black and brown stains

It was comfortable, clean, quiet, and the pool was refreshing.

I really like the King bed for great comfort. I usually don't sleep very good but slept good even though a annoying beeping sound was on all night.

The hotel is super dirty, there was garbage, the sheets had hair, the toilet bowl was bloody, the truth was a fatal experience, the staff was friendly but the rest very ugly, the truth is that we couldn't sleep, I will never stay in this hotel again

Very, very dirty. The stair well smells like pee and vomit. The elevator smells really bad like wet dogs and dirty armpits. The dirt and stains on the floor and carpet are eyesore. Doesn't look like the carpet have been cleaned ever. The bathtub in my room was clogged and was not fixed until the day before my check out.. Some of the staff are nice and some did not care.

The two gals in front were very helpful.

There were no covers on the bed when we arrived. It’s like they started and didn’t finish. The fridge didn’t work. Tried to speak to management they were not in and gave us a number that was just the main number and just wanted us to talk to the front desk. I would not recommend this hotel.

Could not get the room cleaned on this even after requesting

The room and bedding had a smell it was unpleasant. The bathroom door did not close and there were no wash cloths supplied. The staff were pleasant and informative. The breakfast wasn’t great, not a lot of options and the oj was watered down.

There are always a lot of dogs at the property. Some yapping constantly. The carpets are stained, but appear clean. The rooms are nice, comfortable and clean. Just get rid of guests that never trained their dogs.

It was a clean, and good place to stay. Upon looking around ourselves there was lots of pet hair all over under the mattress. However, we appreciate it was bed bug free.
