The mattresses were super thin, and you could feel the springs.

It was a very positive stay. The room was great and very reasonably priced. It was very clean and I would recommend it to anyone. we will stay again. it was clean the room was nice and his with all the amenities needed in the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The comfort of the beds The TV remote did not work. There was blankets left from housekeeping. The phone was disconnected and broken. Just generally dysfunctional

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and everything worked like it should. The ice machine on our floor was out of order the entire three day stay. There were black spots on the blanket which was a little concerning, but the mattress and pillows were very comfortable. It’s a little annoying that the king room is set up for a single occupant. One coffee cup, one water cup, one washcloth, etc. we could ask for more but thought it should have had 2 of everything. I understand they are trying to save money, but it’s still bothersome. The staff made up for it. They were all friendly and helpful and we had a good stay.

This is one of those hotels that makes you wish you’d read the reviews before you booked. Horrible. And this was AFTER they got us a different room. Hands down one of the worst hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Small curly hairs in the bathroom, used soap still in the shower, urine smell and mold smells. In hindsight we should have just left and asked for a refund.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was in pair repair, and the room was a bit dirty.
-
The room was clean and comfortable. There was no bar soap in the bathroom to use. That was the only problem for me.
-
That the facility was pet friendly. Breakfast was provided. easily accessible from the highway. Close to restaraunts. Although the room was clean, there was trash on the floor near the bed, and in the nightstand and dresser drawers.

The lower level staff were amazing, kind, polite, and patient. The manager and upper level staff were incredibly demeaning, rude, and didn't do diddly to help me. I am disabled. I can't walk, lift, or manage much alone. I was give a broken cart that I couldn't push. I asked for help so many times I felt belittled and taken advantage of. They never lifted a finger to help. A maintenance man was trying to help while still trying to get his regular job done. He finally, after 1.5 hours came with a 2nd cart that was not broken. He helped and saw I was dead and struggling to leave. I was there for stress relief. I left feeling like I was going to have a nervous breakdown and I have CHF and need a 4th spinal surgery. I walk with a cane. The manager proceeded to charge me $100 for my stress, struggle, and threatened to trespasse and call police. She was rude, put my health at risk, and I left there feeling worse than when I arrived. She didn't lift a finger to help yet she was more then willing to charge me when my disabilities prevented me from fulfilling her curt demands. Ashley was her name. And her boss was only willing to call the cops. Happy to push 3 buttons but not kind or respectful enough to help me when I beg. The upper management staff were horrible. I'm disabled and had my service dog with me and I need to use a cane. I requested help several times and received none. I therefore had an incredibly demeaning experience by being told that they were going to call the Police and have me trspassed from the property. I was given a broken cart to use. I not able to lift anything large or heavy. I can't bend over. They, Ashley and some rude man with blonde hair, harassed me and charged me $100 for taking until 12:30 to vacate the room. Not once did either opt to help in any way. I would think they would have been accommodating and be a positive example by helping me after watching me struggling and stressed out. Very embarrassing, I felt like they were rude, demeaning, and I will never recommend to anyone to stay in such a place where the disabled are mistreated, abused, and taken for extra money because of management being terrible, abusive, and use someone disability to charge extra money and make me feel like I should have gone to the hospital upon my departure. I was finally helped by a very kind maintenance man. Thank him for treating me like a human and not an ATM.

-
Location There was food left in the fridge in our room. At 7:30 am breakfast was already picked over (no waffle batter, no meat) staff seemed indifferent
-
Good location, cost a little high for the area and the room provided. Staff are however, fantastic and try to accomodate.
